Great products, great customer service
Had a little bit of a delay in my order being shipped due to moving offices/warehouses/something, but I whenever I reached out for an update on why there was a delay, I got a prompt and very helpful answer. When my order did arrive I found that the test tray I had ordered wasn’t there, but again I reached out and found out that they were temporarily back ordered, and I could either wait for them to get back in stock or be refunded (I chose the latter). There were these couple bumps in my order, but I would still wholeheartedly recommend dosetest to anyone looking for testing materials. I caught them at a transitionary time, but both issues were resolved promptly and fully, and the online app for using the test kits was extremely intuitive and useful. Great experience!
