The browser link makes intake easy for older patients who can't handle app installs. That part is fine. But audio cut out on three straight Chrome sessions last Thursday, and our doctor was dead in the water. No phone line to call. Just submit an email ticket and wait around while the waiting room backs up. It keeps you compliant, sure. But if something glitches mid-consult, you're on your own.

Horrible app. My Dr can't even see me camera not working. Call tech support if thats what you call it . They start emailing all this computer talk . I wanna talk to someone not no stupid email

I do not recommend this place; it didn't inspire confidence. The reason is that I called the doctor on multiple occasions: once she answered while driving; the second time she answered while at a party in a park where people can hear or see my personal information—no regard for my personal information, HIPAA violation and; the third time she answered and she hung up on me because she apparently works at a school—there were many children making noise in the background. It doesn't seem like a professional establishment.

It didn’t work out at all for me really as they did not answer by phone and the app kept glitching and then I got cutoff from my account right after paying for a year of Pro Plan

I accidentally deleted my profile while logging out been trying to email customer service and they are very pathetic no reply upto now. Considering choosing another telehealt service.

I have had a serious billing issue with Doxy where they send receipts for billing a credit card expired three years ago, cancelled my subscription out of the blue leaving me embarrassed as I was unable to use the platform and they have been billing directly from my bank for at least two years on a card they evidently do not know they are using. I have had over 8 emails with doxy and tried to contact them with no possibility of any actual live person interaction. I am providing a reach out here hoping Doxy will contact me as this is a serious privacy and accounting issue that they send me receipts for a credit card long cancelled yet bill my bank, have no internal record and then cancel my account due to lack of payment where my bank assures me it has nothing to do with them. I error is very clear to me in thier booking and accounting but apparently they can't find it. I would not advise working with this company 1. Impossible to reach "urgently". No means to talk to a person. 2. Staff DO NOT read explicit emails with details but simply bounce back wiht solution that is unacceptable and deny responsibility ( never carefully read my emails). Impossible to talk to anyone in real time.

horrible software. half the time either I or the patient can't see or hear each other. another extremely annoying lack of the feature to have the ability to have a different background is unacceptable. way too expensive for what it offers. Zoom is 1000% better.

I'm very grateful to doxy.me for allowing me to run my online trauma therapy practice professionally, simply and easily - for free. It's great for clients too, as there's nothing to download or sign-up to. I wouldn't be without it.

I love Doxy.me! Great features, easy to use, great staff and services. I don't take advantage of all the great features as much as possible, but I know I have support if needed.

I like the reliability of Doxy.me and the ease with which the site operates. i have had difficulty with the site on Chrome, especially with the new backgrounds. I have been using the Firefox browser and it is working much better for me but there are no backgrounds. I would like to see backgrounds for Firefox sometime soon.

The platform is easy to use for both the clinician and the client. It is extremely reliable.

I have been with Doxy.me since the beginning of the pandemic. It is so easy to use that all of my clients love it. I rarely ever have any problems & if I do Doxy responds immediately. I really appreciate having Doxy for my practice.

I really like the platform, however there are some clients who have difficulty using the headset for sessions. This simply doesn't work.

Doxy is a reliable and secure. I started using doxy during the pandemic and have kept it for online meetings since.

This app is awesome. No worry about android users iPhone users both friendly. Highly recommended to all professionals. For arena style it’s awesome too! Affordable and trustworthy tool.

I love that it is convenient and most importantly easy for my patients. No one has complained about not being able to log on or having technical difficulties.

I really like how easy it is for me and my patients to use. I have the website saved in my favorites and simply pull it up. I send my patients a link and they can use the same link every time. This is the most user-friendly telehealth link I have used. The only downside is if the patient is using their phone and they get a call, the session is interrupted.

It is reliable it is fast and it does what is written on the tin.
