Clear connections, easy for clients to connect.

Doxyme is by far, one of the best video platforms I have used. I have been using them for many years now. It's very easy to navigate both for the clinician, as well as the clients. I have not had any issues with the platform.
I strongly recommend it to any practitioner who needs a well developed video platform for their clients or patients.

Easy log-in, has all the basic features I need.
On occasion, clients have trouble connecting, but it is almost always an issue with their internet connect. Once client had more serious trouble, but was able to troubleshoot with Doxy technical support.
And it's free!

I am so happy I found Doxy.Me! As a therapist with a new practice on my own, finding a video platform that is HIPAA compliant and free is a God Send. It also is extremely easy to use, and the service works wonderfully. Highly recommend!

Very satisfied with being able to use doxy for the patients who were unable (and some still are) to get to the office in person. Most of the time there is minimal difficulty in using.

Doxy.me allows me to provide services anywhere with clear video and audio without my clients downloading any apps. Having purchased services, I can also share documents and meet with more than one person at a time for group sessions when needed. I can also send reminders to my clients if needed. This is an awesome service to use for virtual services without limiting time for each session.

The video is clear, and I like the backgrounds that this company provides. The environment is very professional. This company provides an excellent platform for healthcare professionals to meet the clients where they are.

Doxy.me is the easiest virtual platform I've used. My clients find it easy and I have never had tech issues. There are many competitors in this field and I have used many of them. Doxy.me is my go to!

Doxy.me is a wonderful therapy/mental health/health care resource. I love having a free platform for, HIPPA complaint, secure, and private client telehealth sessions, as well as meetings with other clinicians (if needed). My only complaint is occasional issues with connectivity during calls, but that is typically due to the quality of the internet connection on the user's end. I have used their paid version before and it is also excellent. I loved the option to have a virtual waiting room, screen sharing, and background. As of right now, I don't do enough telehealth sessions to justify the paid version, but the free version is great for my current needs!

Doxy.me is very easy to use for patients and doctors. Also, it is quite feliable.

For the past three years, doxy.com has provided with a platform that is virtual friendly, hippa compliant, simple to use, and provides other tools that I am able to utilize with clients. Doxy.me also has the capabilities of providing a virtual background.

I've been using Doxy.me since 2020 because it couldn't be easier for me or for my clients. Even my least tech-savvy clients find it a low-stress way to meet. The platform has been very reliable. That said, it helps to have fast download/upload speeds (630mps and 117mps respectively for me) and your clients need fast connections, too.

Brilliant for privacy and confidentiality for all accredited mental health professionals.

I like that patients can log in without having to download an app on their device. It is easy to use and the connection is consistent.
