I am updating my previous review. After posting it, the company reached out to me and has been responsive. They are currently investigating the whereabouts of the package and are in the process of issuing a refund for my order.

I’m very sorry that your follow-up emails were missed — this should not have happened, and I’ve raised this internally so it can be addressed and prevented going forward.
While I fully acknowledge that we have let you down with our communication and that your package should not have taken this long to arrive, I want to reassure you that we are not fraudulently placing orders or taking payments. We genuinely do our best to fulfil and manage all of our US orders, although delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing. At this stage, we suspect your parcel may have been held at customs or has unfortunately gone missing, and Ben is actively looking into this for you.
In the meantime, please don’t hesitate to message us here at any time. I did previously send you a message to thank you for your order, and we are always available to help on WhatsApp. I’ve also sent you an invitation to join a group chat that includes myself, our Customer Managers, and the Customer Services team. If you would like to accept, there will always be someone there to support you, including Ben, who is handling your case.
Once we’ve resolved this for you, we would really appreciate it if you would consider removing your review, as we would never want anyone to think our website is fraudulent.

My second review
I left a 5-star review after my first purchase because Dr. Adams Aesthetics was the only company that had everything I needed in one place—and their customer service was exceptional.
After my second order, I’m even more impressed. When an issue arose (completely out of their control), I emailed them and received a prompt reply with two generous solutions—both far beyond what I expected. I chose to have the items re-sent, and despite a brief delay, I was kept fully informed and received my products quickly.
Their service is consistently top-notch, their prices are fair, and their product selection is unmatched for my needs. I have access to plenty of discount codes from other vendors, but I’d rather pay full price here than sacrifice quality or support.

I made a good experience in the end
I couldn’t be more disappointed
I bought the Dermaheal eye serum and had quite a reaction. But I thought to give it definitely another go as sometimes my skin can do that. But it just got worse and I got in touch with Dr Adams and they asked me to send pictures which i think it’s just fair. They then said I have to wait. So i waited. I wrote 2 more emails that were ignored and I still wait to hear back.
I finally heard back today and to be perfectly clear I have made the mistake not to read through the website properly as it is only for professionals to use .
But the account manager was really helpful and supportive and I am now waiting for a refund which is highly appreciated.
Thank you for actually looking after your customers.
That’s so much more than most companies do .

Since the review above, I know we've now shared the communications we had sent during the period you'd mentioned of no communication, and it had been established that these may have gone into your email junk / trash folder, which can sometimes happen based on automations on an email mailbox.
