Excellent Customer Service
Robyn in the Customer Service department is excellent.
She resolved a problem, created by a.n.other, and delivered the correct goods the next day.
Problem resolved, happy customer.
The reason I only gave 4 stars is because of the earlier problem. It does not reflect on Robyn's performance or the delivery service.

6m pipes delivered free
Can't really believe they delivered 6m pipes for a little over £100 with free delivery. And the pipes were reasonably priced too with more options (e.g. single end) than anyone else. The builder's merchant about a mile away wanted £25 for delivery.
