We loved working with y'all. The only frustrating part was actually trying to order. Due to the limited global stock, our options were limited. However, even after picking different options for a second round, we were told we had to yet again pick other options. So, the bottles we got weren't our top picks, but they look good nonetheless.

The whole experience went smoothly
The whole experience went smoothly, from working with the artist to scheduling and shipping, and we ended up with custom Nalgene bottles for our Scouts for the same or less $ than we'd pay for plain ones at the national outdoor retailer.

happy with the order, logo looks great. I held back a star because the order shipped a couple days late, and you were out of stock of my favorite color choice. We changed the order due to the lack of inventory so that I could have the product for my busy season. When we did this, somehow my lid selections weren’t the same as my order. I would have preferred to have a variety of lid colors.

Very nice company to work with. Quick on responses, polite, and I was even able to call and talk to a live person. What I liked best was that they were local as in the same state as the company I work for. I really like to support locally if possible since the pandemic has really hurt businesses. My order arrived within 2 weeks of finalizing order.

Amazing customer service and product!
I work for Zappos and during a recent project of ours we decided to go with DrinkBranders for some custom water bottles. Between Steve (sales) and Samantha (designer) we were 100% taken care of. From my very first call they were incredibly reliable, thoughtful and a pleasure to communicate with. Steve laid out the entire process from the very beginning and every single detail including pricing, mock ups, delivery etc was executed to perfection. That is hard to come by! Samantha worked with our tight schedule to delivery mockups quickly and help with color adjustments. Marcus and Bryan checked in a couple days after we received the bottles to check in and make sure we were happy, which was a really nice plus. We definitely are happy and will absolutely be using them again for our upcoming projects. Dream team - rush job
Service and follow up on my project was an absolute dream! Rick quickly worked with me to identify which 32 oz Naglene styles were in stock for a rush custom design. There were absolutely zero snags from order to proofing design. Received my 48 bottles in 1 weeks time.. just in time for my family reunion. Highly recommend!
