Teton Science Schools H2Go Cable
The water bottles looked great! It was a little inconvenient that I did not get a notice that the bottle was shipped, or an estimated time of arrival. This would have helped me plan out storage and be a little more prepared. Thanks!

Excellent customer service! From the initial design to the final execution (shipping and follow up), every employee I spoke with was most helpful and patient! They responded to my emails efficiently and all communication was smooth. The finished product looked great and I would definitely purchase from Drink Branders again!

Amazing Company, Never a problem
Worked with Rick and Terri. The Communication was amazing, always got right back to me. The art came out perfectly and everything looks great! I have placed quite a few orders through DrinkBranders now and i never have any problems.

I was happy they had the thick foam…
I was happy they had the thick foam koozies. The graphic designer went through several iterations with us. When they sent proofs they showed how the design would look on the koozie in the ink color we chose. No complaints at all.

Drinkbranders was a fantastic company to work with. They sent me a mock up of my design within 24 hours and I quickly had my order within 2 weeks. All the staff were great to work with. Prices were reasonable and my products turned out fabulous! My customers loved their gifts.

Beautiful product
Customer service was fantastic from everyone I worked with. My one suggestion, it took a lot of time to narrow down what products were in stock which delayed my order. I wish the website could’ve been updated as to what was in/out of stock so I wasn’t having mock ups done on items that could not be ordered.

Because of the constant and daily changes and supply issues due to Covid, (still!) it's simply not possible to update our website with the hundreds of items and colors that we carry. We are continually looking for a solution for this and do our best to work with our customers 1-on-1 to alleviate as much of that stress as possible. We appreciate your business and hope as much as anyone that these issues can be resolved ASAP!
Easy Process, Good Communication
The process was great, lots of good communication and quick responses, even for my small store. The bottles look great, too. The only thing I wasn't pumped about was the plastic wrapping on each individual bottle. I'm sure it has a purpose in protecting the bottles, but it seems like unnecessary plastic waste. I'd like to see a better packaging solution that limits the plastic trash.

Yes, the plastic wrapping is to protect your bottles during shipping and ensue perfect imprint upon arrival. We absolutely hear you on the plastic concerns and hope to have an alternative material option for the covers in the near future. The environment matters very much to us as well. It's actually how we got into the business of selling reusable drinkware in the first place--to help eliminate the use of one-time plastic waterbottles. Amazing Product and Impeccable Customer Service
Rick and Natalie were such a pleasure to work with! Between the two of them, I was able to quickly see a digital mock-up of the product I wanted with our brand name, and we had clear communication with each other from start to finish regarding expectations for quality and shipping/delivery. I didn't need the product in any sort of hurry, so it took about 6 weeks to arrive, but they do have the option to ship sooner if one desires. I HIGHLY recommend the Palermo thermoses! I requested a sample to make sure it was something I would be proud to give to new residents as a move-in gift and I'd be hard pressed to say I'm the least bit disappointed. These thermoses are perfect. I will, without a doubt, be ordering more in the future and am happy to give Drink Branders my business. Thank you so much!
