Hi, we have given your case to our support team and found that you have left the driver on road mid-way while closing your trip. And you were expecting the company to get the bike of the driver parked on road and not in your house. This is not the right kind of behavior expected from a client towards driver.

Fraudsters running the company
Fraudsters running the company. Their cancellation policy is Rs250 charges if you cancel 1 hour prior to your planned trip. I cancelled 1 day earlier and still they are not refunding the advance of the booking.
And Himanshu Gupta is so rude, he cut the call saying Monday we will discuss and then added me to his blocklist.
This is how they gonna build an empire by looting people without giving any service.

Right from the time I posted enquiry, all my interactions were very polite and professional. Rates are very competitive and there were NO Hidden charges. Vehicle, Innova crysta was well maintained.Driver was very professional and courteous. Never left the vehicle. Was very well versed with the entire route. Very substandard services
Very substandard services. You book and keep on waiting. THe staff are very rude and recless. They respond after 45 minutes of booking that they dont have driver and hand up without listening your problem. I rating 1 star because I dont have option to rate negative.

Amazing drivers
I have been calling for drivers from the past 4 -5 years. Very satisfied . The drivers are well mannered, well dressed and drive well.

Ridiculous experience , would suggest to use a road side cab service . They will treat you better
Cab booked for 6.00 Am , drive assists taken advance . Called driver at 6.15 and driver mentioned he will come at 7 .00 . So cancelled the cab . Now the owner is refusing me the money back saying I should for one hour so what if the driver was late . Not seen such a rude behaviour

We have looked into this matter and found that due to rain there was waterlogging in your area which caused the delay and support team assisted you in the matter in that morning also. We expect some patience from you in the monsoon season as it can cause delay to all the taxi service provide not only to us. And refund is not possible when you cancel the booking at the time of service.
