I have been with Pivotal now for over 3 years. The service I have received has been outstanding.
The whole subscription service is so convenient, after joining the representative gives you a call with a choice of models and specification, If you have a certain car that you are after they go the extra mile and try and locate it for you.
Delivery is very professional and at the end of your term collection is just as easy.
Excellent communication throughout.

Top Quality Cars, very helpful staff. I loved my car so much I kept it for 18 months. I would have kept it another 18 months. I asked for a very specific model for my new car, which they got me within 24 hours. Extremely impressed with Pivotal.

We had a great experience with Pivotal in changing over the old car to the new. Thomas Priest was our advisor and did a superb job. He explained everything very clearly and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with everything before making the commitment to change vehicle again. Customer experience A1.

Best money ever spent! The team are amazing, understanding and always give 5 star service. They make it easy to be a loyal customer and I will be a customer for a very long time. I’m extremely picky when it comes to spec’ing my cars, but two cars in, I’m so impressed by the quality of their stock and their attention to detail.

Had the car (Jag F-Pace) for 18 months and found the service and team excellent. Would highly recommend it and may even come back one day! Moved on because just wanted a change of car.

Car broke down in the middle of nowhere at 8pm. Recovery just before midnight.
Pivotal refused to provide a taxi, accommodation or a courtesy vehicle until 24 hours after the breakdown. And only after a dozen phone calls. I was stranded with young children and they knew that, and refused to do anything.
They specifically said they would not cover the cost of any taxis and no hire car would be available until the following day (it eventually arrived after 11pm the following day).
Horrendous customer service. Horrendous experience.
I would point out that in the reply Pivotal say they offered a vehicle within hours. This isn’t true. The breakdown was on Friday. There is still no vehicle provided by Pivotal on Tuesday. The rental company provided a car over 25 hours from the breakdown.

I highly recommend Pivotal, from day one the entire team was incredible, clear and friendly, Erika, Tilly, Martin, Toby and Thomas I have no complaints, much more than I expected. The initial car had a problem and the team managed to send an even better car the next day. I couldn't be more pleased, when collecting the vehicle the inspector was also extremely punctual and friendly. My entire subscription process was excellent, customer service was extremely professional, fast and friendly. Highly recommend Pivotal, a company you can trust.

Been with Pivotal for a few years now and never left a review but felt the need to after today. It’s always been an easy company to deal with but today was exceptional. I’ve been after a particular car for my exchange and today it was dealt with in literally 10 mins and it’s coming next week. I dealt with Thomas Priest who was really helpful and like I say - Service and getting everything done was rapid.

Been a pivotal customer for almost a year, initially had a defender 110 with great spec and swapped it for range rover autobiography - staff very patient with me after i was choosy on the spec of the car. swap over day was super simple, driver was on time and really informative. Over 13,000 miles I looked after the defender as it was my own, prior to hand back had it valeted and had a couple of tree scratches polished out as i'd read pivotal could be a bit pricy on damage. this was not the case swap over cost me nothing and i'm driving a 130k car for 2.2k a month without fear of theft or depreciation - the only way to have a Range Rover - I cannot fault Pivotal
