I found Leanne very helpful and very quick to respond to my query about whether the work required on my car was covered by the premium warranty I took out when I bought it. Leanne liaised with the garage directly to deal with the claim in terms of the work needed, parts and labour costs and has kept me up to date with the process for covering the costs. All in all a very easy and pleasant process (a little bit to my surprise if I’m honest as I expected they would make it as hard as possible to claim).

Fantastic experience from initial enquiry through to the delivery of our new car. I was looked after by Shanigh & Lindsey who kept in touch throughout the whole process with regular updates and clear sign posting relating to next steps. Super easy process and very happy with the new car thanks.

I’m prompted to write this review as I’ve had (and am currently having) experience with the warranty team in Derby after purchasing a two year warranty on my used Volkswagen at Evans Halshaw in Birmingham.

Whilst there have been some disappointment with the car itself, the process of claiming on the warranty has been flawless and I’ll give mention to Louise based in Derby who has gone above and beyond to assist me getting my car in to a relatively nearby repair shop within their network. She mailed me this morning to follow up, completely unprompted, hence the five stars.

Efficient and professional service. Everything was handled by the Pendragon Vehicle Management team, they kept me updated throughout the process and answered any questions I had.

To be honest the whole process to ordering my LeapMotor c10 in Glazed green was really straight forward and all questions was dealt with and answered quickly, massive thank you to Lindsey and Shanigh for all the help you gave me, both of you was 10/10.

Only thing which I did not realise was the monthly price difference being net monthly amount and actual amount taken from salary being salary sacrifice amount.

The whole process was straightforward and Shanigh helped me through out with order, wall charger install and the delivery. Arrived on time, no complaints. Thank you

Dealt with the swap of my current salary sacrifice vehicle to my new one with the minimum of hassle and fuss. Was kept up to date with the electric pod installation and delivery timescales. Shanigh and Lindsey were always on hand if I had any queries.

As part of the Lithia Group I would avoid this company at all costs. Customer service is non existent across the board.

Not recommend.

Absolutely shocking. Same issue over and over with my car, and I finally get a third party who did a report, and the response I get is, "No, we can't help as it's not done by their garage."
Now, don't get me wrong, if it were a local independent, I would understand, but the report from The AA states what's wrong, the codes, and that it needs replacing ASAP.
The email response: "Sorry, but we can't do anything... take your money and forget about you!"
