Ordered a Kress mini chainsaw with an…
Ordered a Kress mini chainsaw with an estimate 2-3 day delivery. Nothing arrived, no updates in the order section of the website so contacted them. Item not in stock so actual delivery for order placed before 9am 13 November was 21 November. No information in description that this item needs chainsaw oil, which is not included. Now I have ordered some which will not arrive until 26 November. Would not recommend and will not be using again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback on your order, and I'm truly sorry to hear that it wasn't a great experience for you.
We fully appreciate the frustration when items don't arrive on time. Please know we take the matter very seriously and have looked into this situation to find out how to prevent this happening again. After investigation, it looks as though there had been a slight stock discrepancy between our warehouses, which led to all items showing as available on a shorter delivery time, when in fact it was taking a few additional days for our warehouse to bring all items together before we despatched. We take full responsibility for this and have added additional measures to ensure this kind of thing will not happen again. We have also updated our website page to avoid confusion regarding chain oil, and made sure the chain oil is available to add with the chainsaw.
We never want to leave a customer feeling let down, so again please know we have taken your feedback on board in order to improve our service and ensure this does not happen again.

Wouldn’t use again 👎🏼
I ordered an item (Altrad Belle warrior wheelbarrow) through this company 22nd September as it was showing in stock for quick delivery on their website. I required the item for a job so wanted it ASAP despite it being available cheaper elsewhere.
Two days after ordering (24th September), I received an email advising that the item was out of stock and wouldn’t be available until week commencing 6th October. I decided that I would have to bear with them rather than going through a refund process.
The item finally arrived on the 13th of October. When it arrived, it had scuffs and marks and also rust on the so called galvanised chassis. Bear in mind that this was a £200 wheelbarrow. I appreciate it’s a piece of equipment built to ‘work’, however for the price, I would expect to receive the item in perfect condition. It also arrived ‘unbranded’ apparently due to the manufacturer’s haste to fulfil a backlog of orders, so I have no real confirmation that I received a legitimate item from Altrad Belle.
I needed to get on with the job that was already weeks delayed, so decided to put up with the poor condition.
I can’t say that I’d recommend this firm, nor would I order from them again. 1⭐️

I'm very sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery of your wheelbarrow, and I share your disappointment regarding the damaged delivery, however unfortunately it doesn't look like we've been made aware of this previously. I can assure you we wouldn't accept this and would ensure something is done about it if we had known.
We only supply genuine products as well, so I can also assure you it was an unbranded product from Belle as we had advised prior to sending this out to you.
If you could kindly send an email to website@dtwtools.co.uk with some photos of this delivery, we will ensure this is looked into regardless.
