Purchased a Stihl Lawnmower
The box was left on the driveway upside down in the rain with the box completely open. Checked our camera as we have a ring doorbell, the deliverer only knocked on the door and didn’t ring the doorbell so didn’t hear, and it was only by chance I popped out outside to even know it was there! Where the box was upside down there’s some slight damage to the lawnmower from having the full weight of the engine resting on the handle, but overall the price was good as it had an around 20% discount so haven’t made a complaint but the delivery and condition of the item could have been better and/or avoided.

Superb Service
I cannot praise the service & price from this Company. I purchased a Stihl Battery Chainsaw as a present for my parents & was slightly last minute but I received it in time. Dan was superb in ensuring I received their present in time & the advice I received was first class. I won’t hesitate to use this company again & have recommended to many of my friends.

I ordered a Stihl chainsaw from DTW tools. I found them to offer the best price and also had a good offer on the accessories. The chainsaw was delivered within 48 hours and arrived well packaged and in good condition. I would recommend this site and will definitely purchase other items in the future from them.
