Courteous, Professional, Excellent are just 3 words I would use to describe the repair service I received from Paul Davenport of DWV. I had several scratches/stone chips on my paintwork and alloy scuffs. Having been given two addresses at which to carry out the repairs, he happily switched between the two to make it more convenient for me. I would highly recommend Paul Davenport.

Everything was very efficient except…
Everything was very efficient except when the appointment for the repair was received it said that the appointment was for 23rd April but didn’t advise or give me a choice of time when the engineer would arrive. I had to text and suggested it would be best for me from 3pm only to receive a reply that my appointment was between 9-12.
The engineer arrived at 9 and was away by about 9.45.
Other than this the service was good particularly the engineer Aaron who was knowledgeable and communicated with me very well.

Gary the technician was very polite and professional. Communication was excellent . He would update how long he was going to be before he got to mph home. My appointment was booked for May because of the busy period. Despite the busy schedule Gary pushed my appointment forwards and that was a big help as I needed to hand back the car sooner rather than later

Poor office communication, good repair.
I found the office communication unnecessarily abrupt and keen to avoid responsibility without the need for a conversation to establish the facts. The repair agent was great, once I got him here.

Had stone chips on my bonnet
Had stone chips on my bonnet. The Technician said that there was nothing he could do as just touching them in wouldn’t make a difference.
I’d like to add that he’s done jobs before on the car that weren’t stone chips, and the finished article was great.
