The gentleman arrived on time and was courteous.

Everything seemed to be fine except being told that I had to go and have my wheel nuts checked after about 10 miles of driving. I had this done at my Toyota dealer who was amazed that I had been asked to have this done since any work they do that involves removing wheels does not get this recommendation.

Very good smart repair. Efficient, well organised service.

Adam was the technician he came in the allocated time he said he would and the repair was carried out professionally he made the scratches disappear would use again .

Lots of communication to make sure the appointment was still fine. Came early and made a lovely job of fixing the rim! Friendly and approachable. Will definitely recommend.

They arrived at my house at the time they said that they would, the guy who's name who I've forgot was very polite and friendly and got straight to work on the damage, when he finished i was asked to go and see the results and it was amazing absolutely first class.

My only issue were that first visit by different mechanic was cancelled at very short notice, on rearranging visit, requested a morning visit! This did not happen and visit was PM! Hence only 4 stars!

Very efficient and effective restoration of the appearance of our scraped alloy wheel. Good communication about the appointment arrangements and timing spot in. All very satisfying!

I wasnt sure what to expect with the repair of the alloy wheel, maybe the damage filled, then sanded down and a final spray of paint to match. What is done is the edge damage is just sanded down until not noticeable and then sprayed, this leaves the edge of the alloy like a rollercoaster, with the profile being up and down where the damage was removed compared to the untouched sections. Yes it looks better than seeing the damage but im not happy with the results when its on my 6 month old immaculate car. The work was carried out under an alloy wheel insurance claim, in hindsight i would now have better spent the money buying a spare alloy
