I've ordered and item for an ebike, the waiting time for that to arrive had already surpassed the 300% of the normal waiting. Sent them 4 emails from the contact area to ask if they know anything about it. 40€ for the shipment and no info whatsoever. The worst online store experience in the last 5 years for sure, I do not recommend this, there are way better alternatives

Ordine effettuato e pagato con PayPal dopo due giorni precisamente la domenica, mi arriva email di rimborso dell'ordine senza nessuna spiegazione a corredo. Scrivo e mi rispondono dopo pochi minuti che il prodotto come indicato su PayPal è esaurito. Vi sembra una spiegazione? Apparte la confusione che pare abbia colpito il personale che gestisce il sito EAGSBIKE, io gli impianto una bella salutata, non mi vedranno mai più. Critica costruttiva per i gestori dell ecommerce. Serietà ragazzi serietà. Aggiornate i prodotti sul SITO EAGSBIKE (PayPal é un mezzo di pagamento, prendete appunti) e mandate un messaggio di scuse quando annullate gli ordini

I recently purchased an item from this business for my Engwe Engine Pro 2.0. The payment went through and I got my order confirmation yesterday the 15/05/2026, the day of purchase. However, upon logging into my email today the 16/05/2026, I had an email stating my order was cancelled and a refund was issued. I emailed the company for an explanation, and got no reply. I have ordered a couple of times from this company before with no issues. So this has been quiet a disappointment to say the least. No explanation for the cancellation, no communication. Yet the item is still on their website for sale. Update: After posting this, the seller contacted me. Instead of apologizing for the inventory error, they were incredibly condescending, telling me that because they have "many stores," they shouldn't have to worry about a €25 order and that I "am not an entrepreneur" so I wouldn't understand. A very disappointing attitude from a supposedly "Official" dealer.

Hi trovato questa azienda su internet, sembrava buona e fornita. Dopo una fregatura su un altro sito, decido di comprare da questa azienda ma tramite Ebay per avere ulteriori garanzie. Faccio una proposta d'acquisto e loro mi fanno una contropropostache accetto. Pago e subito dopomi dicono che la bici non èpiùdisponibile. Verifico su ebay, nel loro store e la bici c'è ancora. Ci sono diversi colori e versioni. Chiedo allora se, pagando un sovrapprezzo, avrei potuto comprare il modello più costoso. Risposta? NON DISPONIBILE. Nessun colore e nessuna versione. Allora chiedo di cambiare proprio marchio e chiedo un altro modello presente sul loro store a 1649 euro. NON DISPONIBILE. Ma che li tenete a fare sti store se fate solo perdere tempo? Alla fine ho acquistato direttamente dal produttore. Meno casini e piùserietà. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO. P.S. e dire che mi ero offerto anche di passare direttamente nel loro store... a questo punto mi domando se esista veramente.

"Payment accepted" is the only confirmation I have received to my order I made 9 days ago!
Yes, money is withdrawn from account but no confirmation on dispatch or expected delivery date even though I have paid 40EUR for delivery to Denmark. I have e-mailed Eagsbike few times, wrote through their contact template on web...no answer! Today I called only to discover that they do not have a person who can speak English.

I strongly suggest keeping away from this webshop if you like receiving your purchase and some kind of customer service for your money they have "accepted".

Devo dire che non ho mai trovato un personaggio cosi'onesto ,preparato e di poche parole ma resolutive,raro trovare personaggi cosi', mi compaction con lui,avanti cosi'che va bene.

Purtroppo la foto della bici sul sito non era stata aggiornata con il nuovo modello e pertanto mi è arrivata una bici con un disegno diverso. In particolare invece della bici di Frozen II mi hanno mandato la bici di SnowQueen.
