Great hearing aids without the need to run to the Audiologist for help
I've been an Eargo user for over 2 years and I've been delighted with their performance. I have a moderate hearing loss from years of exposure to jet aircraft and rocket engines. The Eargo hearing aids offer a quality product that you can tune yourself at home without depending upon an expert to adjust. They do have technical assistance by phone if you need help. I started with the Eargo 6 devices and was very please with the results but just recently I upgraded to the Eargo 7's and have been extremely pleased with the improvements made to the product. The Eargo 7s are easier to personalize using the improved "Sound Match" in the smart phone app, and each of the environment programs can be further adjusted using the "Sound Tuning" in the mobile app. For most conditions they constantly adjust themselves to the ambient noise of the environment without the need to manually intervene. I love these hearing devices. They are a no hassle solution that improves my hearing especially in noisy environments.
Wonderful CIC hearing aids!
Wonderful hearing aids, these are by far the best CIC (completely in canal) hearing aids that I have found that are sold without going to an audiologist and paying much more money. I previously owned the Eargo 5 and have now upgraded to the Eargo 7. Eargo has really improved my quality of life, and has especially helped with my tinnitus. And I love how they are almost invisible to others. I'm still too vain to wear hearing aids that are visible. I pop them in and often forget that I'm wearing them.
First-rate customer service, always responsive to any issues. I intend to remain an Eargo customer for a long time.
Eargo SE hearing aids are easy to use
The Eargo SE hearing aids are simple one piece that are easy to place into the ear canal. I have tried hearing aids that fit over the ear and I found them quite cumbersome to put on especially with glasses.
EARGO is the best
I have been an EARGO Customer for several years. Their response to questions or issues is quick and complete. Recently I moved up to EARGO 6, which has great true sound and can be controlled and adjusted to the environment on your phone. I also recently purchased EARGO Link ear pods, which are incredible and very useful during the workday!

I’ve been an Eargo client since 2021 and I absolutely love how they help me hear
There are so many things to like: their completely in canal design; being able to conduct my own hearing test, every day if I want to; being able to have a different hearing program for each ear; the automatic noise filter that I can still change if I want to; the 15 plus hour battery life.
I’d definitely recommend Eargo to anyone. If it were possible, I’d recommend the Department of Defense add Eargo to the hearing aids available to all personnel suffering from hearing loss and tinnitus.
Loved them once, but hate them now.
I have a love-hate relationship with Eargo. When the devices work, I love them. But when the battery dies prematurely, I hate them. I've had 3 replacements and am having problems with the batteries dying again. I've reached out to Eargo, but was told to "deep clean" them and do a hard reset. I did all of this and nothing changed. Reached out again and have not heard from them yet. They advertise all these wonderful features but if the battery is dead, none of those features are wonderful. The bad batteries can't be replaced and once out of warranty, I've read they won't fix or help with non working devices at all. They simply want you to buy another set. AS IF. I am looking for something else after these die, which will be very soon, I'm certain. Don't be sucked in by all the "great" reviews - those folks could be early on with their devices and haven't yet experienced a failed battery when they're in an important meeting or at a performance. Once you've come to depend on a hearing aid, when it fails, life kind of stinks. Just like Eargo.

After 20 years of hearing aids, I've now found the best!!
I have 20+ years with various hearing aids that worked OK to poor. My neighbor told me about his EARGO hearing aids - he actually has two sets purchased a couple years apart. He LOVES his EARGO's so I thought I'd try them.
They were less than half the cost of the $5k I spend on the previous aids. Their testing to determine my need for getting them was excellent. The aids are super easy to put in and take out each night. Their training and customer service blew me away - always helpful the times I called with questions. For the first time in all the years I had other hearing aids, these EARGOs work so well I sometimes don't remember if they are even in my ears!
Good Hearing Aids/Great Experience!
I bought the Eargo 7 hearing aids after reading positive reviews in the NYT Wirecutter. I was getting my first pair of hearing aids and was drawn to the in-the-ear, yet unique "open-petal" design they offered. The price was quite reasonable, the sound quality was very good, and I found the app extremely intuitive and easy to use. And the customer support was exemplary! Including my first contact with Alexandra, the sales associate; Annie, the audiologist I worked with primarily; and the various folks who answered the phone and directed me promptly to the appropriate representatives. I also appreciated the occasional emails with helpful tips and reminders as I progressed through the initial adjustment period.
Unfortunately, because of my unusual ear shape, I was unable to keep the devices, but even then, there was no pressure and the support through the return and refund process was superb.
I would definitely recommend Eargo 7s and Eargo, Inc. to others.

I've had the Eargo 6 and just upgraded to the Eargo 7. They are practically invisible in my ears and work great. All done online, no office visits needed. Great customer service and follow-up.
Great product
I have bought 3 pairs of Eargo hearing aids because they work well and the service is fantastic. The cost is comparable to "discount" hearing aids but the quality of the sound is excellent. The company has always responded promptly to any questions or issues I have had. Highly recommend.

When I first heard about Eargo‘s from an ad on line, I became aware of the fact that they not just sold hearing aids, they followed up with a well designed customer service program. Eargo’s service includes a call from a hearing technician who will walk you through the hearing test, and the app settings, fitting,
cleaning, and charging. You also can call Eargo with any questions at any time after the sale. The Eargo website covers every aspect of their product and is easy to navigate. My initial fear in wearing a hearing aid was that the sound would be tinny and voices wouldn’t be recognizable. But
I was amazed at the sound quality from my Eargo 7 all in the ear hearing aids.
It did take a week or so to get use to the fit and all of the sounds I was no longer hearing. The app works great when you’re in different environments. You can set up four separate personal programs on your cellphone, I set mine up as normal, restaurant, meeting and TV. I found that 90 percent of the time I used the normal setting , so it’s not like you’re constantly changing the settings. They also have a 45 day refund with no hidden restocking charges and they offer free return shipping. I have and I will continue to recommend Eargo’s, you have nothing to lose and lot to gain.
Eargo 7 is my favorite hearing aid
Eargo 7 is my favorite hearing aid. It is comfortable and easy to use, and the features are outstanding. The TV feature makes it more comfortable for my family to watch TV with me, and the phone feature makes it possible to hear various voices. With Eargo, I don’t worry about the units falling out. The area behind my ears is narrow, making it impossible to wear behind-the-ear models. Eargos are rechargeable; they don't require batteries.
I have recommended them to several of my friends.

When new the batteries lasted almost 12…
When new the batteries lasted almost 12 hours, after nine months they now only last 7 hours. Not to happy, half way through the day I can no longer hear and this effects me at work and at home.

They did not help me. I have moderate hearing loss. I love you They quit working after 6 months and I got Phonak. I love you Total game changer. I love you Don't waste your money on these.
BUYER BEWARE…
They take your $2500 no problem and the day your warranty is out Sorry we don’t repair them!!! They want you to be stupid enough to send them another $2600 for another pair. They will not sell you one to replace the one that quit. Sorry Charlie you just get to pick this chicken ONCE. BUYER BEWARE
CAUTION: NO Repair after warranty.
What they do not tell you is that they will refuse to repair any of their devices that is out of warranty. Therefore you pay $2,000 for a device with a one year warranty. After that warranty is up and it does not work they will refuse to repair the device. This has happened to me and I have appealed to the company and they did not even say sorry! they just said no. Too bad.

I am not ready for, nor want, a behind the ear solution.
Granted, ‘behind the ear’ may perform slightly better than ‘in the ear’ and offer Bluetooth connectivity, but for me Eargo 7 is clearly the way to go!
