Needed some information on a grinder and scales. James quickly got back to me via email answering my questions. I placed an order for both and picked them up a few hours later as I was in Manchester. Great service would highly recommend.

Because of the lip on the basket i coulded seal the porafikter in the machone ot made it too high so i cant use it

Excellent service from start to finish. I placed my order after the cut-off for same-day dispatch, but they sent it out anyway and it arrived less than 24 hours later. Genuinely impressive turnaround.
They were also happy to price match, which I appreciated.
When I did have an issue with the product, James responded quickly and worked to put it right. That's the part that matters most to me. Anyone can get an order right, but how a business handles a problem tells you far more. Would order again without hesitation.

My grinder was posted about an hour after I bought it, which is pretty amazing.
It arrived the next day, packaged appropriately.

I had an issue with an grinder (manufacturing defect, nothing on Earl Coffee's behalf), and James at Earl Coffee looked after me fantastically. James was really communicative and responsive throughout the whole process and even preemptively exchanged the grinder when the manufacturer disputed there was an issue.

I can't fault the service and support from James who really went above and beyond.

Great product and very fast delivery.

Delivered quickly and safely in a substantial box. Comms were good and I knew what was happening throughout the process. The grinder is amazing and I'm so happy with it - now just 5Kgs of beans to run through it to correctly season the burrs.
