The delivery time was second to none and delighted with the quality of everything that I bought, it seems really well made and excellent value for money. I was using stock equipment from my breville espresso machine and was a little bit underwhelmed with it but even just changing the tamper has made a world of difference

Great experience with Earl coffee. I ordered a Timemore B75 dripper and it was dispatched and arrived promptly. Prices are very reasonable too. I contacted customer service about something and they replied quickly and got everything sorted easily. They have a great array of products from some hard to find brands. Would definitely recommend.

It was great speaking with James @ Earl Coffee at the MCN Coffee Festival. Really knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I loved the demo of the Earl Metal Nano scales and have been using them non stop since getting back to my workshop.
James explained that he had the same machine as me and that the scales would fit under the portafilter with plenty of room and it was perfect!
Also the distro tool with magnetic head is amazing and sticks to the side of my coffee machine out of the way and not cluttering up the desk.

Purchased the DF83v coffee grinder.
The sales process was flawless. I also had a couple of questions prior to the grinder arriving via DpD.

The emails I sent were answered very quickly by the team at EarlCoffee & did reassure me perfectly..

Scales I purchased previously started to behave badly on occasion. I got in contact and he earl coffee sent me out a replacement no probs,

DF54 grinder was delivered on time and as advertised.

Looked around the various sources and decided to support Earl because it is local to me. The other reason is they had a good price especially if you subscribe. Delivery was fast - next day and was well packed. I am confident this is a company that will have good customer service if I need it and this is enhanced with a two year warranty.
I have now had time to use the DF54 to prep beans for my new Bambino Plus. Read some reviews and noted the machine was set at 20. Decided to start with 18. It gave a good cappuccino at first shot neither sour or bitter. So I hit a good starting point. Very well pleased will now try some setting refinement stepping slowly a little lower. I used 17g and 36g out. A local roaster bean or two next -a ‘carame and a fruity’. Will stay with Illy decaf for now.

I purchased a DF83V grinder from the eBay store which has a fault with the power switch. James was very helpful, arranging for a warranty repair, and staying in touch regarding parts availability, in order to minimise the turnaround time for the repair.

My first time buying from this company and it was a really positive experience. My package arrived the day after I made my order... which, I realise, was partly due to the fact DPD happened to be in my wee village that day - but nevertheless less the speedy dispatch was all the work of Earl Coffee.

I needed to ask a question and I received a helpful answer for their customer support within hours.

They seem to make a point of stocking only good quality, tried and tested items too. My espresso machine and tamper are both brilliant.

All in all I would recommend Earl Coffee to anyone and will certainly visit their site again if I need to make any coffee-related purchase in the future.
