I ordered 3 buckets of mineral paint from this company. Disappointed with the paint so wanted to return 2 buckets for a refund, still unopen and new, FYA I am still within 14 days of delivery according to their T&Cs. Some guy called David emailed me back after a few days saying "Thanks for getting in contact. Yes we can either organise the return for you or you can return the items to us yourself. Cost for us to arrange either a collection or return labels which will be £10.00 plus VAT. Let me know what you would like to do and we can get a collection or return labels organised for you if required. Kind Regards, David". So I emailed back confirming £10 + VAT is fine and that I would like them to organize the return label. It's been 2 weeks and nothing. I emailed them a few times again and again but no reply. What is going on? Order #8230 & #8759. Also, with regards to the quality of the paint, I am disappointed as the paint is definitely not smooth. I did everything as per instructions, 1:1 ratio with water, properly mixed, surface primed etc. They say to use within 2 hours once mixed. I don't know how is that possible because this paint dries too quickly and it isn't workable after 15-20 minutes. After 20 minutes it thickens up like a dough and it's too thick to apply evenly or smoothly, leaving the painted area look rough and rustic. Quite disappointed with this company. Can you contact me back and organize the return label so I can return the unused paints for a refund???

Hi and thanks for the feedback we are always interested in our customers experience positive and negative it all helps. I would just like to apologise for the delay in organising the return. Its something we will have to look at improving how we organise our returns with a more structured system.
As for the paint application we were disappointed to hear that you were unhappy with the finish, if customers are experiencing any difficulty in application or using our paints, we are always here for help and advice on application, different surfaces can affect the application of the paint. Thanks again for you feedback and we are sorry you have not had a positive experience.

Solved retaining wall peeling paint issues
Having made the mistake of using exterior paint on my retaining wall, which ended up peeling very badly, I spent a lot of time researching the best paint solution and found Earle’s paints. Great information on the website and I had a really informative chat with one of the team about my problem. I tried the Earle’s exterior paint and it has been a saviour! Easy to apply and a few coats transformed my wall and solved any peeling issues. I wish I had found this paint first time round. Brill I product!

Amazing paint !!! I have transformed my wooden gates with their Lime Paint. I rang on Saturday morning not expecting to speak to anyone. Someone rang me straight back and advised me and suggested even the colour I would need to get the effect I'd described !!

Excellent company to order from
This is a very efficient and professional company to deal with. The paint order was dispatched in two deliveries. They accept PayPal which is particularly helpful if you want to utilise the pay in 3 interest free instalment option. The paint is packaged extremely well to protect it during shipping and labelled clearly. Ordering is hassle free.
