Robust, well-designed packaging with helpful instructions, and rapid and secure delivery. Impressive.

Great technical knowledge at customer services, prompt delivery of colour samples, have yet to try the product in anger but fingers crossed it lives up to the other reviews as it is a third of the cost of other breathable paints.

Excellent paint (linseed oil paint) although not the easiest top apply! Covers wood beautifully.

A little disappointed that the paint price increased from £60 to£72 unless than a month of purchase.

I probably missed it but I couldn’t see delivery info pre purchase. Would have been useful to know courier and that it was next day.

On time fast delivery

I had some questions prior to purchase which were answered personally, promptly and knowledgeably. I ordered samples followed by an order - and another as I had underestimated the amount needed (I have a grade 2 with a variety of different painted areas). All deliveries arrived promptly.
I’m so impressed with the paint. It appears very clear/liquidy going on but quickly dries with colour. We’ve only got one coat on so far due to the weather but my painter and I are very impressed - my painter is going to use it on his new (old!) cottage!

Fantastic customer service. Really appreciated. Great paint, but hard to use in sprayer ( kept clogging) but after 3 coats on rough cast render it looks lovely!

Easy to order, informative web site, including images of use of product, colours used. I selected local delivery thinking I could collect it from a participating business and that there would be further options for selection. Not receiving any I called their office. The staff member I spoke to was helpful, happy to chat, and resolved the problem easily. Product arrived intact the following day.

Ordered Brick Red. Followed the instructions to the letter. It went on as Orange/Terracotta but having read that it would change colour upon curing we waited a week. It's still Orange. Very very disappointed and annoyed at the time and expense wasted. Painted over it with another brand of paint as it looked absolutely awful.

In response to your reply, no there is absolutely no chance in the world that I received the wrong colour. It was labelled as Brick Red, it looked like Brick Red in terms of powder colour. It went on like Fanta Orange and stayed like that.
