Good personal customer service is not dead!
Originally I ordered a large white board but when it arrive it was absolutely massive I spoke with Mica Rennison who arranged for it to be returned and order the smaller size. This was done very quick and the new board came. The delivery firm had damaged the board in transit and again Mica came to the rescue and arranged for a quick turn around of a replacement board to be sent. I am now in safe receipt of the new board and it is exactly what I need for the office. Although it was 3rd time lucky (at no fault of XL Displays Ltd) the service I received was fantastic and I would definitely use them again and recommend them. It's great to see good personal customer service still exists in this day and age! Thanks you Mica!
