Excellent service, no hassle.

Very professional- would 100% recommend.

A very efficient and skilful service. I visited the centre in Haunch Lane Kings Heath for wax removal today. I was impressed by the smart, clean premises and friendly reception. I was seen promptly and the removal was comfortable and very effective. It helped to have everything explained so clearly. Highly recommended

Professional, efficient service with a smile. Best way to manage your hearing and ears. Highly recommended.

Raf was a legend. Helped me out last minute. Highly recommended.

The practitioner was highly professional in every aspect of the treatment,He with the help of 2 trainees managed to relieve me of a massive wedge of earwax that was causing my hearing to become extremely dull, so I would like to thank the team and i would highly recommend using these guys for your earwax problems cheers

Doc managed to clear out my left year - can hear again!

I had had problems with a blocked ear for the last 3 weeks. I had a holiday flight so the closer it got the more concerned i became about my ear. After 3 unsuccessful microsuction sessions with another company i made an appointment to see Mr Kazir. He was very reassuring and confident that he could help and he instantly made me feel much better, following the previous attempts. He used water to clear my ear and his camera, reassurance, and professionalism were far superior to the other company. I would definitely use this company again and i think it is especially good for anyone who may feel a bit nervous. I can bow happily get on my flight and have a much more pleasurable holiday with my hearing working fully again.

Same day booking, excellent service explaining the process in detail, great results - wonderful customer service throughout.

Turned up 2 hours early, they accommodated and fit me in as well as the reception staff being more than helpful.
Really polite and efficient service.

Amazing experience very professional, talked me through every step. Best thing I’ve done felt amazing afterwards

Brilliant service helping my wife out when she was in pain from her ears. Managed to squeeze her in same day we rang up and they resolved the issue instantly.
Fab service

I first accessed treatment from this company just over 12 months ago and was most impressed with the prompt, caring and professional approach. When I began to experience similar symptoms, I was able to book within a few hours and received the same excellent treatment as before. I highly recommend the treatment offered by this company and will continue to access their service.

Wow! All I can say is what a great experience. After suffering with my ear for 2 weeks. I booked a same day appointment with the ever so friendly Jenny. Appointment was in and out within 20 minutes and completely healed. Dr explained everything and showed all the camera footage! Healed in minutes! Thanks so much!

MY 4TH VISIT .CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS TREATMENT HIGHLY ENOUGH. ALWAYS COME AWAY WITH RENEWED HEARING AS I SUFFER FROM TINNITUS AND TREATMENT SAVES ME FROM THIS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE DISABILITY.

Brilliant
Seen outside of normal working hours.
Practioner was knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything he was doing as we went along

A great service, from being easy to arrange a short-notice appointment, through to being treated efficiently and well cared for.

Received same day appointment and treatment was excellent highly recommend

Visited the Stourbridge clinic. Got seen within two weeks. Very thorough, good explanation of what he was going to do and resolved the issue instantly! Would highly recommend.

My 9 year old has been having trouble with his ears for over a year & being given antibiotics from the doctors, booked an appointment at the stourbridge branch, lovely consultant explained the procedure to my son, quick & painless, my son loved watching the video of his wax removal, this has now resolved the problem so no more unnecessary antibiotics for him

Jenny greeted us at reception, she was a lovely and courteous young lady.
Mr Khizar was a very polite and courteous young gentleman, he made us feel very welcome.
He explained the procedure of how the eardrum sheds it's layer of skin every few months etc... it is something that I never even knew.
My mum has Alzheimers and the suction procedure he used didn't hurt her at all.
Thank you Mr. Khizar we will book again for 12mths time as you advised.
We went to the Stourbridge practice.
