Absolute garbage customer service and predatory ticketing practices. On May 11, 2026, at parking lot PB62, I trusted the time I had initially paid for and returned to the machine right when I thought I needed to extend my parking. However, their broken parking meter failed to charge the correct amount, printed no receipt, and failed to display any option or screen to get a QR code for payment verification, trapping me in a system designed to scam honest drivers. I proactively returned to pay more time and provided actual bank statements proving their machines took my money twice. Instead of investigating, their "support" team (Ticket #01770651) hid behind automated templates, completely ignored the evidence, and forced me to pay an unjustified fine anyway (Violation #EP3240102351). I was extorted into paying the $69.00 CAD just to avoid further unfair escalation, but this company operates with corrupt, fraudulent business practices and zero respect for consumers. Avoid at all costs!

Mil problemas para cambiar el método de pago y no una solución coherente.

No lo recomiendo y por supuesto que no lo volveré a usar.

Registrieren plötzlich nicht mehr möglich!

We parked here and had no idea we were supposed to pay to park because there’s not very much signage unless you really look for the signs. I only saw one but that was when I saw a parking ticket. They don’t give you a minute to pay. It’s like they wait until you walk away and give you a parking ticket. Customer service agents didn’t help anything. We just had to pay $85 after they said in an email that it wouldn’t increase. I still have the parking ticket. I think we will just hide the license plate somehow and dare these people to try and tamper with our vehicle!

Muy mala experiencia. Me han puesto una suscripción que no he contratado, se lo he explicado a atención al cliente y pasan...es una trampa la aplicación. No te puedes ni dar de baja por tí mismo.

Es fascinante comprobar hasta dónde puede llegar una empresa por 7 €. Hay que reconocer que tienen una coherencia admirable: un servicio activado de forma más que cuestionable, un cliente que prácticamente ni lo ha utilizado y una negativa absoluta a devolver una cantidad ridícula. Todo muy acorde con una forma de hacer negocio basada en rascar hasta el último euro.

Quédense con los 7 €. De verdad. Espero que los disfruten muchísimo. Si la cuenta de resultados depende de quedarse con importes cobrados por error a los clientes, no seré yo quien les estropee el plan. Ojalá les cundan tanto como para celebrar semejante hazaña.

Lo mejor de todo es que han conseguido convertir una incidencia de 7 € en un cliente menos y en alguien que no volverá a recomendar EasyPark. Una rentabilidad espectacular. Hay empresas que invierten millones en marketing para generar confianza; ustedes prefieren perderla por el precio de dos cafés.

Enhorabuena. Hay que esforzarse bastante para transmitir una imagen tan cutre, tan cicatera y tan mezquina por una cantidad tan ridícula. Lo han conseguido con nota.

A un familiar y a mi nos han llamado ofreciéndonos unos servicios sobre facturación en los que no informan adecuadamente, no te cuentan que tiene un coste de 6€ al mes y te suscriben directamente.

Pésimo. MUCHO CUIDADO CON ESTA APP. Si te registras te suscriben de manera opaca y empiezan a llegarte cargos a tu tarjeta. El servicio de reclamaciones contesta cuando le viene en gana, semanas después, y no te devuelven nada, tienen el morro de decirte que son cargos por suscripciones mensuales ¿diferentes y en unos pocos días? Y los precios de aparcamiento desorbitados. Me salían 26 euros por aparcar en una zona azul un rato, que no pagué y me fui. Ninguna confianza.

Es wird für 1 Std.Parkdauer und wiederholtem Einspruch nichts unternommen um das fehlerhafte Erkennungssystem der Autos zu beheben.Somit wird weiterhim für z.B.einen VW-Bus 28 ,- Euro gefordert,da das System ihn als Camper wertet.
Nach wiederholten Anrufen wird gesagt,dass sie das Problem nicht beheben können.
Vielleicht dann nächstes Jahr.
Die Besucherzahl reduziert sich gerade drastisch.

Me parece que no es de recibo que me carguen un aparcamiento de un coche de alquiler pasado más de un año desde que el coche se alquiló por tres días. Responsabilidad y disposición cero.

Me llamaron ofreciendo una serie de servicios, que nunca mencionaron que eran de pago. Después para mi sorpresa, me envían un alta del servicio con un coste de 5 € mensuales. Inmediatamente escribo para que me den de baja y no cobren el servicio. No hay respuesta. Una estafa en toda regla.

For inquiring about even a monthly parking spot, do you have to book an appointment ahead of time to be contacted? This is ridiculous.

Easy Park gibt in der App selbst zu, dass sich diese bei schlechtem Netz selbst stoppen kann.
Das ist mir vermutlich passiert, leider habe ich es bei der Ausfahrt nicht bemerkt.
Nun muss ich wegen fehlenden 1,50 satte 46,50 Strafe bezahlen an Parkdepot, den Auftraggeber von EasyPark!
Daher Warnung an alle:
Nicht im Wald spazieren gehen, wenn man bei EasyPark parkt....!!

Nicht zu empfehlen, trotz korrekt gekauftem Parkschein in Wien Strafzettel bekommen =50.-. Keinerlei Support vom Kundendienst - ich muss mich an die Parkraumüberwachung wenden. Wozu zahlt man eine Servicegebühr? Damit man sich mit einem Chatbot unterhalten darf der an die FAQs verweist 🙄…. Hände weg!
