This person stole donations intended…

This person stole donations intended for Ukrainians fighting in Russia’s genocidal war. The amount stolen by the owner of EBKE was €25,000, which, after he lost in court, has increased to €33,000.

As a community, we continue to monitor other cases of fraud. It has emerged that he also deceives athletes he engages for EBKE promotions. We have spoken with football players, hockey players, and even F1 drivers — all describing the same pattern: promises of compensation for advertising, followed by the illegal use of their names and images.

Currently, the owner of EBKE is presenting himself as a partner of a hockey school owned by an Olympic champion (France 2024), yet this same athlete has provided testimony about the falsehoods and the experience of being deceived while cooperating with EBKE.

I also have evidence that the owner of EBKE previously lived in Estonia, where he accumulated significant debt. His door was forced and his car was vandalized. He is now defrauding people in the Netherlands, where he appears to be relying on impunity.

EBKE is a fraud

This is a fraudulent company. More reviews about this business are available on Trustpilot under name: ebke.bike

The owner of EBKE has once again closed his primary account due to negative reviews. However, all potential EBKE customers should take the time to read the reviews on this Trustpilot profile: ebke.bike

In short, the EBKE business, which sells Chinese electric bicycles, is owned by a fraudster.
In 2023, he stole a donation intended for the Ukrainian army, and since then I have been closely monitoring this person’s activities.

Recent experience:

1. On EBKE’s Instagram page there is a photo featuring an Olympic gold medalist, who owes a hockey school in the Netherlands. The caption suggests a supposed partnership between the school and EBKE, clearly using a famous athlete to promote the EBKE bicycle shop.
However, the Olympic medalist had a very negative experience with the owner of EBKE, and this case should be described as deception on the part of EBKE’s owner. The only reason this photo exists is the generosity of the Olympic medalist and his compassion for the owner’s son — the children of a scammer did not choose their parent, and many people who have had negative experiences with this fraudster try to support at least his children.
Naturally, a fraudster — a person without moral constraints — also has no limits when it comes to lying. EBKE and this hockey school are not partners.

2. The person behind the EBKE brand deceives not only customers, but also suppliers. I am aware of at least two affected contractors. In one case, the owner of EBKE took a batch of bicycles and did not pay for them. Only extremely persistent pressure forced EBKE to return €15,000 after one and a half years of “fighting.”
In another case, the owner of EBKE attempted to defraud a supplier and, when it failed, began threatening legal action. As a person with no registered assets (nothing is officially registered in his name), the owner of EBKE claims eligibility for free legal aid in the Netherlands and uses this as a form of blackmail against victims, threatening to go to court. These are purely psychological pressure tactics — the threats are never followed through, as no court would ever side with a fraudster.

3. The owner of EBKE did not pay rent for the house where he lived with his family. As a result, he was evicted.

4. As mentioned earlier, in 2017 the owner of EBKE was the subject of an investigation by the Dutch TV programme Opgelicht?!. These videos are still available on YouTube. The owner of EBKE often claims that he sued the broadcaster and won the case. THIS IS NOT TRUE. A publicly available court decision clearly states that the owner of EBKE lost the case against the journalists who investigated him.

Avoid buying from EBKE.

Wouter Tijdgat is a scumbag

It is not about the company which is again another empty idendity full of debts but everything about the owner, Wouter Tijdgat. The biggest scumbag with a long long track record of bankrupties, tax fraud and lies. The biggest loser on earth. Search for his name on Google and you will know enough. This criminal should be in prison.
