Had a 2 doors and 4 windows changed and I'm very happy with the result.Old house so wasn't easy to install new modern windows,involved some modifications but Peter if i remember well his name was very professional and made a really good job.Very happy,fully recommend them!

AVOID AT ALL COST, THEY ARE SCAMMERS! They use high pressure sales techniques, refusing to leave my house without an order. After a deposit was paid we could not get in contact with them, they did not return calls or reply to emails and text. Eventually got my money back from the credit card company.

We had the pleasure of our windows being fitted by Lee and Craig. These guys were so professional. They ensured our items in our property was covered. The job was meant to take two days but they completed it in one day. Theses two chaps were very friendly, warming and full of life with amazing humor! I would 100% use them again.

The most arrogant sales person I have ever spoken with and i have 20yrs experience dealing with suppliers.

I am posting this review after a very long and exhausting experience. I previously left a negative review about Homestyle Windows but removed it at the direct request of one of their directors, who assured me the company would resolve all outstanding issues properly. I regret doing so, as the problems have continued and escalated.

For context, the initial installation over six months ago was fundamentally defective. Windows were installed with dust and debris trapped inside the triple-glazed units, poor silicone finishing, mismatched components, and a bifold door that did not even close properly. These issues were acknowledged and documented and were so extensive that Homestyle eventually agreed a full replacement of the windows and frames was required.

After months of delays, a replacement installation was finally scheduled. The new installation team of four were excellent—professional, careful, and clearly working to much higher standards than the original team. Unfortunately, once again the failure came from the manufacturing side. When the protective film was removed from the newly supplied frames, the paint peeled off with it, exposing unprimed PVC underneath. This showed that the frames had been supplied with inadequate surface preparation and only a thin coat of paint. The installers immediately acknowledged this and advised that the factory would need to send replacement profiles for them to return and complete the job.

That was almost two months ago. Since then, there has been complete silence. No replies to emails, no returned calls, no updates. The installation has been left unfinished, with securing trims not fully snapped in, no silicone applied, and final finishing not completed. The property has effectively been left in a temporary and unresolved state.

What makes this situation even more concerning is that Homestyle Windows has since ceased trading and appears to have re-emerged under the name EcoReflect Windows Direct. From a customer perspective, this looks like a reputational reset following poor service and negative reviews. I cannot prove whether the same factory, management, or practices are being used, but given my experience, the lack of resolution, and the pattern of behaviour, I would strongly urge anyone considering EcoReflect Windows Direct to proceed with extreme caution.

My experience shows a consistent pattern:
• polite and persuasive sales staff
• occasionally very good installers
• but serious manufacturing defects, poor quality control, and management that makes promises and then disengages when accountability and cost arise

Based on everything I’ve experienced, I would strongly advise potential customers to avoid this company and any rebranded successor. The risk of being left with defective products, incomplete installations, and no communication is simply too high.

Thinking it would take days to replace the windows however the chap that came round quickly started removing the window frames and started on the living room windows and done very quickly. Then the actual work started and it was amazing seeing how the windows are put in. He made it look so easy and quick at doing it. Watching it was like seeing someone building a house from lego land. Bang bang and its all done. Well done!
