Essentially you’re paying for a lucky dip out of a skip.

Do not waste a penny with this company, I took a punt on 1 box of police evidence containing 5 items to see what it was all about.

Firstly, the value of the items combined was nowhere near the amount I spent, like others have said. This was my risk and gamble, I’m ok with that. I just won’t make the mistake again.

So what did I get?
- iPhone SE (2016!)
- Small black handbag (Unbranded, market stall quality)
- Ladies shoes (Same quality as above)
- Electric Knife sharpener
- Small Sony Bluetooth speaker

The iPhone was the best bit, I can probably sell this second hand for perhaps £30 and claw something back. At least it came wiped and ready to set up as new.

The Knife sharpener is £20 brand new on Amazon. This one is damaged and has a broken part loose inside. Along with a note from the previous owner to Amazon saying this… clearly it’s been returned before. Doesn’t sound much like police evidence? Fortunately, I think I can repair it and make use of it.

The Sony speaker is blown and plays distortion, the outside condition is horrendous also. If you tied it to the back of a car so it dragged on the floor and then continued for 10 miles, that’s the level of finish here.

So after this wonderful experience, all I did was ask them to replace that speaker for something similar that worked. What I got back was a big corporate ‘FU’, stating I should have read terms and conditions.

To make my experience worse, they even went on to state in their response: “Our product description does not state the products are new or unused, we are sorry you made this assumption”.

I didn’t make any such assumption.

So please just know what you’re getting here and the type of company you’re dealing with.

My hope is many other people read this and don’t purchase from EcoStock Solutions.

DON’T BUY from these the money that got spent on these was not worth it what so ever, £300 spent for £30 in return it’s definitely a scam.

Absolutely awful paid £100 for a used toaster that put crumbs all over my kitchen when opening parcel an iPad that belonged to a school so is restricted and can’t do anything on it a £1 pair of sunglasses and a cheap stinky dusty pair of sandals that cost about £2 of the market. Was not worth the £100 at all in fact everything I received will be going in the bin

Wish I read these reviews first.
I bought a £99 police evidence mystery box and all I got was tat from Shein, a locked iphone 7 and a kettle that was labeled as faulty so was obviously a return not "police evidence"

This is a scam website.

They sell substandard goods and try to use dubious wording and explanations in their returns policy to justify selling substandard goods to people at expensive prices.

I’m in the process of trying to start a return of my order which has missing items, items that are broken and items that don’t work. They say it’s the ‘mystery surprise element’ of buying from their site.

You’d find better quality products in the bottom of your local reservoir.

AVOID.

Bought undelivered parcels and 3x box of police evidence bags - all items are worthless.
I got a heavily used kettle that cannot be cleaned, some cheap tatt off shein, a couple of very old iPhones - one doesn’t switch on and the other is locked to a user and cannot be reset. Absolute scam - avoid!

Spent £100 on the police evidence bag. Which was all open so not legit at all.

Please do not even think of ordering any products from them. I made the mistake and ordered the lost and unclaimed luggage plus undelivered products. All I received were dirty clothes and a bunch of tree lights.

It is a scam. Please do not order from them.

Ordered in April a 5 item mystery box. Never arrived. Chased twice, still never arrived. Total scam.

This company is the same company as “Undelivrd” , everything gets checked first. Nothing is legit. All the decent stuff is evidently bought in for publicity stunts. Everything else will be taken by the staff. Good way to make money. Hide behind another company, don’t reply to angry customers and just rake it in. Good reviews will have been bought because NOTHING is legit about these.

Paid £100 for a 5 item mystery box.
Got a 1st gen iPad that you can pick up for £16 from Cex. Old sunglasses. Window cleaner used. Size 8 cheap shoes and headlight which was old and used. All in all disgraceful! It’s a scam! The evidence bags are open so they clearly put things in and in no way a mystery!

Absolutely NOT police evidence bags - total rip off AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

Ordered a police evidence box.

Awful, propper racket. Avoid these at all costs. Spent £99 and got a box of tat.

I received:

- Broken IPad from 2015 that doesn’t work.
- Broken Alcatel phone, doesn’t work.
- Food blender, drinks and has food in and doesn’t work.
- Red light district boots, look to be worn (stinking)
- Old sunglasses

All going in the bin.

All ‘secure police bags’ were opened so these items are definitely being tampered with and checked before they’re sent out.
