Great company that I would totally recommend.
I have used this company before and I.ve always been impressed by their service and the quality of the products. The recipient was really pleased with the gift and particularly enjoyed the mini doughnuts.

I placed my order on Thursday evening
I placed my order on Thursday evening, 25th August, to be delivered Tuesday 30th, I received an email saying it would be Wednesday 31st, then at 21.40 at night. This service is entirely unacceptable. The recipient is a disabled lady who would normally be in her bed at that time, not sitting waiting for a delivery which us already late.
Not impressed, won't use again, won't recommend.

Occasionally couriers experience delays due to unexpected/unavoidable circumstances, like in this instance when it was a day late. I understand how disappointing it is when that happens, and if you contact us directly we can try and make it right :)

Beautiful
This was bought for friends as a thank you and they absolutely loved it. Such a different and unusual gift. They took a photo of it as soon as they took it out the box. Absolutely over the moon.
