90th Birthday Surprise
I ordered a bouquet from my computer in Australia to be delivered to my aunt in Leicestershire.
Edible Blooms had a great variety of bouquet options, at very reasonable prices.
Their email communication was excellent - confirming delivery time, then letting me know it had been delivered.
My aunt was absolutely thrilled with her bouquet and I thank Edible Blooms for making her 90th birthday a little more special.

Product was good, ordering was easy. However paid extra 5 pound to have delivered within certain timeframe and it was not. Not great.

I have checked on your order, you selected the before midday delivery option, and according to the courier tracker it was delivered on the day requested at 11.30am, and is showing an image of the parcel inside the club by the notice board.
If that is not the case, please let us know so we can follow up with the courier.

Sorry to hear you were disappointed :(
Looking at the correspondence it seems we contacted you on 12th August as there was missing information on the address so the courier was not able to deliver, we then contacted you again the following day, and we got a response from you on 15th.
With regards to the double charge, we only received one payment, but paypal/your bank may have deducted it from your account twice (but did not send it to us) we followed up with you and you were going to contact the bank, but sadly is not something we had any hand or influence on. I'm glad to hear they refunded your money though :)

I paid extra for delivery on saturday and I gave the instructions to leave it at the door entrance if not there so I’m very disapointed

I'm sorry to hear this :(
I can see that the courier tried to deliver on Saturday as requested at the time advised from the alert, but there was nobody in. There doesn't seem to be any instructions either on the order or in the courier's site for it to be left by the door, and as they are not allowed to leave the parcel unattended without specific instructions made on their site from the customer, the courier left it at the local collection point and send a notification advising of the location.
I'm sorry in this instance you were disappointed :(
