Hit and miss!
When I initially used Edinburgh cashmere it all went well and I was very happy with the service. Naturally when Christmas was on the way I thought I'd use them again. I ordered 3 scarves to go as presents for my sons nursery teachers. However only one scarf arrived. When I contacted customer service and I made it very clear that we are going on holiday and if the scarves won't make it in time we'd rather wait and give the presents late. The person on the phone assured me that they will arrive on time as they will send them with guaranteed next day delivery and that they will add the premium packaging as an apology (something that I was entitled to anyway according to their website) unfortunately they didn't arrive on time but arrived a day after we have left the country. We were on holiday for 3 weeks and when we returned there was no trace of the package. I tried contacting them over the phone, over email even whatsapp but I never received a reply.

Accept our sincere apology, according to the records you have placed the order on 13 December 2024 on Friday at 2:59pm , by this time all the delivery already been sent we have sent your order number 6243 on 15 December 2024, as you selected the standard delivery (1-3business days). We can also share the details with you over the email regarding your order . The order was sent on time from our end and according to the Royal Mail tracking number it was delivered, it was not sent back to us.For any reason if you still have not received your order we can send the order again. Please let us know if this we can do anything else for you.

I received the wrong item from this…
I received the wrong item from this company. After emailing them to notify them they said they were happy to give me a refund and would send me over a postal QR code should I need one. I asked whether they could exchange it instead for the cardigan I originally ordered, as it’s a Christmas gift for my brother, and they told me it was out of stock, however, upon checking their website, it is saying it’s still in stock. I queried this and received no response. After waiting 24 hours for a response (the maximum response time that they cite in their automatic response email), I sent them another email asking for the postal code to return the item and again have received no response, only a request to leave a Trustpilot review.
It is a shame as the jumper itself is lovely and there is clearly a lot of thought put into their packaging, but they seem to be experiencing issues with customer service and their stock.

Fabulous cashmere scarf. So good I ordered another one. The delivery was quick, parcel arrived within a couple of days. Beautiful packaging. A bonus if you are ordering as a gift. Very happy with my purchase and the surprise gift inside the box.
