Terrible
Terrible, never picked up the telephone was on hold for over 40 minutes twice. Placed an order and wanted to change delivery address, sent an email within 20 minutes of placing th eorder requesting change. Received an email 5 days later saying they couldn`t change the delivery address.

Firstly, I would praise the quality of the cashmere jumper which I bought as a gift: ultra-soft, warm of course, and a beautiful colour. I have bought your cashmere before and have always found this to be so. The ladies who served me were warm, helpful and interested. i rate your cashmere highly because it's always of a high quality and it washes very well.

A complete scam
A complete scam. Goods never arrived and never got my money back. Avoid!!! I emailed and called numerous times, but never got a response or a refund.

Stolen my money
A year ago I purchased a scarf. When it arrived it smelled of mothballs and didn’t feel like cashmere at all and was all dry and scratchy. I sent the product back as per their returns policy (I paid for the return parcel). 11 months later I’m yet to receive my refund and I’ve chased numerous times by phone and email.

Don't touch this company
Don't touch this company. They take your money, confirm your order then refund you your money which takes 10 days with No explanation of why this has happened. I think its because of the discount voucher. No Communication. Very very poor.
