A very light weight Line Trimmer.. easy to assemble and use.. Battery lasts a fair while. perfect for light trimming. This unit impressed me the last time I bought one and so I purchased another for a present.. The new owner is over the moon with it too! ~Super Fast Delivery~

I bought a battery powered mower from Edison’s over a month ago and it worked for 15 minutes and then wouldn’t start again. I asked for a full replacement or refund due to it being a major fault which they refused and said they reserved the right to fix it. After returning it to their warehouse ourselves they sent an email saying they try to have things assessed and finalised within 6 business days. That was over 3 weeks ago. I emailed them several times asking what was happening without a response. I then raised a case with PayPal and Edison’s offered a replacement saying to accept their replacement offer. There was nowhere in PayPal that I could accept the offer so I escalated the case with PayPal and then Edison’s offered a refund but I had to provide shipping tracking information showing proof of return. Edison’s knows full well that we returned the item ourselves, so now I’m jumping through hoops to get the refund. This company claims ‘Our aim is 100% customer satisfaction with our products and services.’ but that is a far cry from what I’ve experienced. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone and would give them zero stars if I could.

Terrible experience with Edisons (Seven Hills). I bought a lawnmower that developed a major fault – the handles bent and the mower randomly lost power. Under Australian Consumer Law, I’m entitled to a full refund for a major fault, but Edisons refused and instead tried to push a repair, then a delayed replacement, and finally a store credit – none of which I agreed to.
Despite clearly stating I wanted a refund and quoting the law, they continued to ignore my rights. I’ve now been without a mower for over a month, and they still haven’t resolved it.
Their customer service has been shocking. I called over 45 times with no answer, had to chase them repeatedly, and only got meaningful responses after I posted a bad review. That tells me they care more about their image than doing the right thing.
They offered me a store credit as a “solution,” but that’s not what the law allows unless I agree to it. I don’t want anything more from this company—I want my money back to buy something reliable elsewhere.
I will be reporting this to Fair Trading, as this company is clearly ignoring their obligations under consumer law. If you’re thinking of buying from them, be warned—if something goes wrong, expect delays, excuses, and a fight to get what you’re legally owed.

I ask for a refund at the start which is my right and you denied it for other options that didn’t loose you money first.
The hoops I had to jump through to get my refund was stupid . It took to me telling you I was reporting you to get you to agree to it

Needed replacement parts for my diesel generator purchased from them around 5 years ago. I'm not overly tech savy but I manage. Found their website almost impossible to navigate... searches weren't seemingly related to key words like 'spare parts', 'contact phone number'. Finally got a 'contact us' page that I filled in but it ran loops. I don't know if it actually got to them as there was no verification message.
Previously I had tried to contact them about a replacement battery for the same generator with similar results, except then I found their phone number, only to be told they didn't have them. The cold crank requirements and physical dimensions of the original battery made it extremely difficult to source. Also, I initially paid for the generator (about 74Kg) to be delivered to my door. The company they used did not deliver to my (rural) area & it even though it had a contact phone number on the label, it sat in a transfer facility for several days. I had a dreadful time then too contacting Edisons. I finally located it myself & traveled over 80K to collect it as my builder needed it.

DONT BUY A PUMP FROM EDISONS!
The absolute WORST customer service ever exp. Edisons description of pump was a replacement for honda & many other brands all specs were a match 4 my honda engine, but they didnt show casing mount size. Recieved pump the mounting casing was diff (no specs provided) Explained that pump was wrongly described & Darren told me the pumps they sell only fit there machines BLATANT LIE, then would ignore every question over 6 emails, only answer was You no longer want yr item so under our Change of mind policy Store credit +20% restock Fee = -$80.
How dare a company advertise a pump to suit many brands & when it doesnt refuse to answer questions otherwise they would have to admit being in the wrong.They are deceptive & I encourage everyone who has been ignored or lied to, please join me & make a complaint to the ACCC.

Have been contemplating purchase of a telescopic dry wall sander for a whille, lo and behold Edisons had one on discount. Purchased Tuesday at 16:45, and it arrived Thursday from Sydney. Great service and just the incentive I need to complete some maintenance projects I've been putting off.
