I was sent the wrong item and it took a while to get a response from customer care. No apology was given they just wanted proof that I had the wrong item! To be fair they promptly delivered the replacement item (that's why they have 2 stars not one) but I found out that the box that was picked up was dumped by the delivery company, which as it had my name and address on could have got me into trouble for fly tipping had it not been discovered by a neighbour. This is my first dealings with this company and I won't use them again.

I placed an order thinking it would have free shipping as was stated on the website, but was charged a shipping fee of over $200. I've emailed the customer service email twice for help, once immediately after the transaction, and once this morning (day after), with no response. I'm needing to cancel my order, but none of the phone numbers I've found for educationaltoys will work through my app.

Our order arrived but a wrong item had been sent.
I contacted the company straight away and they sent out the correct item within a few days. I was also able to keep the item which had been sent by mistake.

I ordered a doll from Educational Toys.
He has Down's Syndrome.
He is really lovely, a nice smile and adorable eyes! :D
His hair needed bit of a comb-through, and this is because he was placed into a box with no other protective packaging other than a bag he was in (and thankfully they were good enough to put some breathing holes in the bag for him) and he got tumbled about in the box a bit.
He is still smiling after his bumpy journey though. :D

One month or so ago, I placed an order with Educational Toys.
They mixed up my order and someone else's, sent me someone else's order addressed to me (and I expect, my order to someone else).
The customer service staff somehow registered this as being my fault. I had waylaid an item of theirs. They could only process my order for my things if I first arrange a collection for a specific time for the item they misdelivered. In the end I lodged a complaint. I also offered to consent for them to put a hold on my credit card so they speed up sending me the items I actually ordered. Following this, they sped up their collection of the item they misdelivered, sent me a reminder that I should ensure the items are well packaged, and promptly asked me to review their service.
I still haven't received my items.
