I have been very happy with the service provided by edyn care.
My care needs have been met by my wonderful carer in my home where l feel safe and secure.
Edyn care have covered all my care needs and l would highly recommend them.
I certainly will be using edyn care again in the future.

My father's current carers really do care and are always willing to do whatever the can to help Dad. They are extremely pleasant and easy to get on with, like one of the family. The office staff are understanding and very willing to listen and to assist with liaising with other support staff.

My father is 92 and is bed bound and Edyn have found a very good carer that fits well into the household. My mother likes to be in control of the household tasks and does not like interference with this. The carers have behaved with discretion and sensitivity ensuring that my father's care needs are met while respecting my mother's boundaries. We have regular contact with Sophie at Edyn care, who has been so helpful and arranged seamless care. This is a huge weight off my mind. Thank you so much.

We had the lovely Sharon found of us by Edyn Care to look after my Grannie whilst my mum was away on holiday twice this year. Sharon was the perfect fit for Grannie. They had topics in common so they could have conversations about art and travel and both seemed to enjoy eachothers company. Plus the Care and attention was excellent with making sure she ate well and got outside when the weather was nice to sit in the sunshine or go for a short walk. She was very thoughtful and patient to my Grannies needs which was perfect.

We recently reached out to this company and worked with Tilda to try and find a career for my father. It was a challenging and sensitive time for our family and Tilda was awesome. She worked diligently to confirm our needs and match the profile of the carer with our dad. Not just during work hours but even on weekends was in constant contact .She has a wonderful touch and sensitivity to people going through these challenges and is a diamond and incredible asset.

I am hugely releived to have found Edyn Care - not only is the entire team hugely supportive and responsive - from the founder Oliver who is very much in the trenches alongside the team, to the wonderful Tilda who combines efficiency, warm empathy and humour to patiently partner throughout the process.
Out of this has emerged kadiakou (Khady): the most incredible carer who has had a huge impact on my life and my mother's in a ridiculously short amount of time. Khady makes it look easy but it is a real skill to genuinely put another at the heart of what you do.Khady has a quiet impact and presence, she observes the lay of the land and gently steers a course throughout with a light touch on the tiller. I've watched my mother transform from grumpy to laughing, from not wanting to wanting under Khady's twinkling smile. Plus Kadiakou keeps the place spotless and is an awesome cook, and speaks to mum in faultless French. Mum loves her, and so do I.

My mother’s carer came for the weekend in preparation for a longer stay at the end of the month. She was very professional and friendly, and my mother (aged 87) felt instantly at ease. Edyn Care have organised everything really well and have taken every care to match the carer to my mother and build up a comprehensive picture of her needs and wants.

The live-in carers provided by Edyn.care have been well trained and provide a high level of specialist support. They communicate regularly with the family and their actions show that they have the best interests of the patient at heart.

i’m an independent advocate for people with complex medical needs and i have needed to use edyn care i can’t recommend them highly enough especially with a very difficult case excellent care and wonderful support for the family.

Edyn Care are the third care company we have used for live-in care for our elderly Mum - and have been the best by far.

They communicate well with both the family and also the live-in carers to ensure everyone is happy.

Over time, they have placed a number of carers with our Mum and we now have two really good carers who get on well with Mum and alternate her cover.

We had such bad experiences with the previous care companies that the Live-in care was quite stressful and at one point we thought our Mum would have to go into a care home - which we really don't want.

Since we have been working with Edyn Care, our Mum is able to stay at home - where she is the happiest.

We have had live in care from Edyn for about 8 months. We've had our ups and downs as good carers, available at the right time, in a pandemic is a challenge.
Edyn strive to provide a good service and are flexible with their care packages. They are customer focused so they can learn and make improvements for their carers, customers and their families. Recently we have had good service through excellent primary and support carers, personal care organiser in Edyn and home visit from a supervisor. We hope this excellent service will continue especially given the shortage of good social care.

I couldn’t recommend Edyn Care more highly. We have been with them for over a year now and have found them a very professional and friendly company. They are responsive, helpful and understanding. The carers for my mother are experienced, understanding and compassionate. Nothing is to much trouble to ensure the comfort and well-being of my mother. It is reassuring that my mother is in such good hands.
