I have had a career through this company for the last several months now and I have never had a finer reason to rate a company 5 stars.

The care and effort provided was exactly what we was hoping for! Tamas who has been staying with my nieghbour for the vast majority of the time has been exceptional.

All round great person, lovely to be round and couldn't recommneded highly enough! Was nice just checking in on him, aswell as my nieghbour who the care is for.

My mother needed some post-operative home care for a short period - and on very short notice. We selected Edyn as their approach seemed to stand out from the confusing plethora of other home care providers - and we certainly didn't regret the choice. While the end result is inevitably down to the individual carer in the particular circumstances, we don't regret our decision one bit. As a company they have a responsive, helpful, understanding and compassionate approach and the on-line client portal provides a very helpful and re-assuring feature for relatives that do not live within easy reach of the person being cared for. My dad had been in hospital/care homes for 1 year and was going downhill both physically and mentally. We decided to try live in care and researched numerous companies. We chose Edyn as they offered best value for money and came across as a small family style business. WOW! Were we right to choose them. From the initial communication from the care advisor through the assessment with the care manager and the resulting choice of carer and follow up with the care co-ordinator the service has been exceptional and has removed the stress we had been suffering for the last year. Edyn''s matching process has resulted in the perfect carer for my dad and the carers input has resulted in a vast improvement in both physical and mental health and he looks 20 years younger and we've never seen him so happy in many years - he's regained his zest for life. The online service which allows us to view care plans and daily reviews is a really useful tool. We would highly recommend using Edyn and feel "part of the edyn family setup"

My Mother has a live in carer employed by Edyn Care.
The continuity of carers is very important to our family and Edyn Care have sourced very professional carers that look after Mum. They have very strict policies in place which the staff have to adhere to, which gives us peace of mind Mum is being looked after properly.
All the carers we have had have been friendly, polite, caring and professional.
I would recommend Edyn Care's 24/7 services, rather than a residential care home for your loved ones if they are unable to care for themselves at home alone.

My elderly mother has been cared for by Edyn Care for approximately 6 months and on the whole the Carers have excellent. In particular Zsófia and Laina have cared for mum with great compassion and empathy. Zsófia is very proactive and forward thinking, mum thinks the world of her! The only slight criticism I would have is that on occasion we have had substitute Carers who, generally speaking, have not been up to the standard of Zsófia and Laina.

Edyn care are the 3rd company we have used for live-in care for Mum. Previous experiences with the first two companies were not good.

The team at Edyn care are very hands on and over the past few months have now found and placed carers that my mum gets on really well with.

This has been a game changer for Mum and the family as before Edyn care, we were beginning to think Mum would not be able to stay in her home.

It's a pleasure to see Mum looking well, happy and relaxed and I'm thankful to Edyn care for their help and support.

Edyn Care have been looking after my parents for the last 3 months, both parents have dementia.
I have been very impressed with the level of care and support they have given them and myself. Vijay and Tilda have both been very helpful and easy to contact. Beauty the live in carer is a great match for my parents with her happy bubbly personality.

We have been very grateful for the support which we have received from Edyn Care and the excellent carer they provided to support my wife during a time of some difficulty over a 5 week period. They recommended the right sort of person for us and then were very flexible as we extended the stay. Their online systems are very good but they also respond well to emails and calls which can be essential sometimes. I recommend Edyn Care for their caring and proactive approach which prompted me to choose them over another established carer provide.

Edyn Care's approach is one of quiet professionalism - from the staff we met before our carer came to the carer herself. The carer has been quite simply that - caring and kind, putting the well being of my parents at the forefront of what she does. She's also very observant and will pick up on what they need. Somehow she's fitted seamlessly into my parents' lives, and I know they will miss her when she goes. It's also been of so much support for me, with a heavy workload I could never have given them what Stef our carer has been able to do.

Since changing my career late in life, Edyn Care has been the best care company that I have worked for. They check in with their staff on a regular basis and are always making sure staff are being treated well. They check to see standards are being upheld and that staff have all they need to care for their clients to the highest standards.
Because the COO and the CEO take an active part in the well being of staff and clients, you feel that your hard work and efforts are appreciated. I would happily recommend working for this company.

It's been 9 weeks now since my Dad left the nursing home for 24/7 care arranged by eden.care. Excellent experience all round. Nathalie is great with Dad, he has mentally and physically improved enormously over the last 9 weeks. Not necessarily expected for a 88 year old. Its like having a PA. He gets IT help, driven around, really well fed and stimulated socially. It has taken so much worry away from the family, so much easier than when in the nursing home. Eden.care seem thoroughly professional. They do a risk assessment, medication is properly managed, carers are matched well and with proper regular review. There is information uploaded daily to the website on the general health and wellbeing, and lots of contact and updates directly from Nathalie. Thank you. All good!

We have had a positive experience with Edyn. Sometimes we have felt the communication could be better however it has been good when it’s been really needed during tricky times.

The carer my father who has dementia has from Edyn care is excellent I am very happy with her. Also the customer service has been excellent too the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Having used another agency that showed little professionalism or care. I was dubious as to how good this agency would be. So far there is no comparison. They are professional and most of all the carer they have provided is not only caring but has become a great companion for my mother-in law. They also deal with the over all care of their clients, such as the GP, district nurse, available services. The members of staff I have interacted with have been true to their word and have alleviated any issues brought to their attention.

When my husband came out of hospital after nine weeks following a stroke during lockdown, I really had no idea what it would be like to have a live in carer, however I am so very, very glad that I chose EdynCare to help me out. It has not all been plain sailing, but the staff at Edyn Care have been so supportive and caring, that I really cannot fault them. They have an excellent Company ethos, and there is always someone at the end of the phone willing to listen, help and solve any issues that I might have. They are very much focussed on a technological approach to the way they function and this is a huge benefit when ‘interviewing’ prospective carers on Zoom during these very difficult Covid times. Edyn have a calm and reassuring approach to live-in elder care. We approached them to care for my parents earlier this year, and they found us a suitable carer within a week or so. Said carer has done a fantastic job, despite arriving in the job just as the Covid-19 crisis was descending. Edyn's online portal is probably not the best - a bit confusing and clunky - but we didn't engage them for the IT anyway! They are responsive, caring and responsible, and their rates compare respectably with other live-in carers we contacted. Recommended.

We were very impressed with the way he was able to support not only our Mother but also my sister and myself in an understanding and supportive manner.

Only been with Edyn for just over 1 month and are very pleased with the main carer. Tries to engage with us and is becoming a friend while keeping her professionalism. Nice to know the office checks up on us and whether things are OK or not. Carers seem to be much better than those with our last agency. So far so good as they say.
