Company and Customer Services Stink!
Upgraded my handset and renewed my contract in March 2014. Two weeks later the handset began developing multiple faults. Numerous store visits and the phone being sent away for repair a couple of times and still nearly 12 mths on the problem is still unresolved. All EE want to do is send the handset away again (why couldn't they repair it properly the previous times and what makes them think they will succeed this time - it will be going to the same department!). Their Customer Service dept is totally obstructive and unhelpful to both their staff and customers. I have been with them for 13 years but after this debacle I will be leaving them when my contract runs out. They don't deserve the custom!

Did not help at all when my sim card was stolen. Wanted to cancel contract but was shown a lot of hidden costs.

Bad attitude from customer service
I set up 2 contracts in store and the standard monthly charge is more than agreed, Rang EE and they say they only keep contracts in store, so its up to me to go back to the store.
I also provided new Direct Debit details and now i have been told it has not been set up.
I rang up to pay and the customer service is dire, I ended up getting the agents opinion rather than fact.
Not helpful at all.

I am disappointed with the on going issues faced with their customer service team since merging with Orange. I hope they address their internal communication promptly.
