Great service easy to use website

Agent didnt get name right number on our medicare card right email address right and didnt even send application for wife.had to call back today to straiten things out.talked to lemon who new wt she was doing

Rep was empathetic. I am a difficult, opinionated man, but will give respect to anyone who shows me respect. She was patient and never rushed me. It made a frustrating and complicated issue of new insurance simple and pleasant.

The agent took a lot of time to explain my options and answer my questions and concerns regarding those choices. I did not feel rushed or pressured to make any specific decisions. I have used eHealth for several previous years to assist me and selecting my annual Medicare supplement insurance.

I keep getting your junk mail in my deceased wife's name and she has never lived at the address I'm at now. She died June 22nd of 2020 and I know for her social security and Medicare that she died so I'm assuming you must be scammers trying to fraud the government. If you're not please update your mailing list because I'm sick and tired of getting this stuff.

This is my second time using eHealth to find coverage for my parents. Both times, I have found wonderful plans that meet their needs pretty quickly.

Great tool for comparing Medicare Advantage plans. Even the gov site doesn't provide as much detail, like for Part B rebate amount. Still you will want to check the gov site, in case there are companies eHealth doesn't represent.

I purchased the policy at the beginning of the year from Nancy Clay and she was just over the top fabulous. So today Danielle helped me to understand what policy I was purchasing and also making Financial help decisions to make sure that I would have the coverage I need.
