EIS WASTE SERVICES LTD Avis

A great company to deal with everything explained to perfection and done with a fantastic attitude. A special mention to Jennifer for her assistance over the years. However other staff members are of a great help.
Best regards,
Barbara and Doug Forbes. Aberdeen

Customer service excellent never ordered a skip before they guided me through the process. Gave me a courtesy call when the driver was on his way. The driver was very polite and helpful. Called and was collected at my convenience total great experience would use them again

Delivered on time and the skip with door- put on location efficiently and effectively
Great professional service and clear guidance what can be placed in the skip

This is one fantastic company. I very very rarely need to hire a skip, three times in over twenty years, but EIS make the process straightforward which is great especially for those of us who feel a little out of our comfort zone. Everyone I dealt with was first class, from the person who answered my initial email enquiry right through to the drivers who dropped off/collected the skip

Ordered a 14 yard skip for big clear out.was not trouble. Very easy to order .delivery and picked up no problem .good price for size. Would recommend.

Excellent customer service from the booking and delivery team, very well priced (lowest in Aberdeen market at the time of booking) and really simple and smooth process from start to finish in hiring a skip.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rory was great at getting everything organised quickly, from intial enquiry to completion. Many thanks!

Both driver's were helpful and friendly.
Staff in the office were also, helpful and clear in what could and could not be placed in the Skip.

Great response & communication from EIS. A small skip delivered & collected to/from a fairly tight driveway thanks to the skill of the EIS drivers, who were very helpful & friendly

Excellent communication. They even collected my skip early.

Would use again.

Very nice staff from lorry drivers to office personnel. Helpful, organised, on time, sorted out all paper work with council. Will work again with them.

Excellent service would definitely recommend. Simple, straightforward ordering with friendly helpful staff. No issues with delivery or early pickup.

Easy to order, smooth delivery

Amazing service from start to finish! ☺️ Early afternoon call requesting same day delivery, Jennifer in the office was great; helpful and quick responding and getting the skip delivered within a couple hours. The drivers were very nice. The collection driver Dale was amazing, very professional and very skilled given the tight area to get the truck in due to cars on the road.

Outstanding experience from the initial enquiry over the phone to the skip arriving the next day. It was even perfectly clean and freshly painted!

Also picked up on the morning I had asked. Highly recommended.

Great service nice and easy to do and easy to get picked back up when done will use again thank you

One off confidential shredding service required for office clearance. Friendly and helpful staff both on the admin side and with the collection service. Great communication and queries answered promptly. Collection service done within requested timeframe.

Easy to book by phone. Great communication. Next day delivery. Competitive prices.

The full process of arranging was flawless from start to finish. The online details of what can and cant be disposed of are clear and easy to understand with the email/telephone communication was quick and pleasant.

While I wasn’t present during delivery and collection the driver took care by landing the skip on timbers to eliminate any damage to the driveway.

Service quality delivered right all round.
