We had Eko stoves come out to re-instal a stove that had been installed incorrectly and as it turns out unsafely. The whole Eko team were fantastic to deal with. Joe came out to look at the works and give a quote really quickly and managed to fit us in despite a busy schedule. The Eko team made our fireplace opening a lot bigger (something we had been told was impossible), reinstalled a hearth, put in a new lintel and made everything good ready for a tip skim. This job had been described as really difficult by the previous installer, the Eko team by contrast just got on with job and completed everything in a single day. I can't recommend them highly enough. They did exactly what they said they would do and for the price quoted. The team were polite and courteous and the standard of work is excellent. I don't often leave reviews but our experience was so positive tjat it feels right to share. Thanks again guys!

The entire process has been straightforward, professional, and centred around our needs from start to finish. Everyone at EKO has been fantastic, and you've all gone above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful project feel incredibly easy.

From our very first meeting with Mark, through the many questions we had (and then even more questions afterwards!), every stage of the job was handled with professionalism and efficiency. Even when we encountered unexpected challenges with the structural work and beam installation, including ordering the wrong size beam and discovering that the fireplace chamber was much larger than anticipated once the old fireplace was removed, Mark and Dale dealt with everything seamlessly. They quickly organised a replacement beam and ensured everything was resolved without any fuss.

Throughout the project, we always felt well informed, supported, and confident that we were in good hands.

Shaun and the team who carried out the work were equally impressive. They were professional, knowledgeable, hardworking, and highly skilled, while also being genuinely friendly and approachable.

They took the time to explain everything clearly and provided plenty of helpful advice and recommendations along the way, which we greatly appreciated. They even remained patient and good-humoured despite our dog constantly trying to persuade them to stop working and play instead!

From our first visit to the showroom to the final Installation we were very impressed with the helpful thoughtful approach from all at Eko Installations. The work involved removing an old stove and flue and replacing it with a beautiful Cheney Solstice stove in Atlantic Blue. Everything was done with great care and we were left with a very clean and tidy room.

It wasn't a traditional stove installation I wanted, it was something a bit more complex that involved different things and different people. That wasn't an issue at all for these guys! The final result is beautiful and exactly what I had envisaged. Also, genuinely lovely people.

Absolutely chuffed to pieces with our new fireplace and stove installed with great professionalism by Danny and Shaun from EKO-Installations. They were a great pair who consulted us and asked our opinion throughout the installation to make sure we were happy at every stage. We could not have asked for more!
