I purchased Microsoft Outlook from EKSoftware today. The download was sent by email within 30 minutes of placing the order. I started downloading the software but ran into some conflicts with other Microsoft Office software already installed on this new PC. I contacted the EKSoftware customer service group and connected up with Emre. We worked by both phone and chat. He quickly recognized the problem and suggested handling the solution thru remote access to my PC. He resolved all the issues and had the new Outlook software installed very quickly. If you need help with EKSoftware downloads, I highly recommend working with Emre.

What made my experience great was Emre, who walked me through every step in the process. It is rare to find such an individual with the knowledge and patience navigate through a complex process.

You accomplished what you promised and MORE. I have given a 5 but my email that worked for all your other communication didn't work for the download and I had to use an alternate.

I'm sure Emre didn't have control of that but I suspect your company did.

After purchasing the software I couldn't use it so I asked for support. Emre responded immediately and after a few minutes (I have a very slow computer so he was very patient) resolved my problem. Thank you Emre for both your patience and support!

So easy to order, download and activate. Will make many of my project tasks and correspondence much easier!

OMG.....you are so good Emre! Thank you so much! I opened up the Word and Excel documents and can now make changes. I have been trying to fix this for a week now. Microsoft techs had no idea what to do. I went thru 3 Microsoft techs and they only messed me up. I called you and you fixed it in minutes!! Incredible!

I had spent $160 on new software. When I followed the instructions and hit the install button it then went on an hour upon hour of circling with no result. I reached out to him because I was worried that I might not be able to get to someone but I wouldnt get my software. Paul reassured me in his email and game me the correct resolution. I am up and running. Thank you

Emre helped me get through the software addition easily and quickly. He gave me very good, clear directions and was very patient. Emre provided the technical customer service that is very rare today. I appreciate his help very much and hope his supervisor appreciates him as well.

In the end I had to cancel my order. EKsoftware was responsive and quick with the process.

Was a little concerned to buy from a not so well known site. So, when my product key didn't show up I was getting a little concerned. I hit up support and spoke with Joe and he got it sent over right away. Joe even offered to stay on to make sure I didn't run into any issues installing Microsoft Office. Joe was very kind and helpful.

Excellent customer service! Paul responded immediately and solved my problem installing the Microsoft 2021 package, by quickly removing the old Microsoft applications that were blocking the installation.
