EMRE was wonderful. He walked me through the entire install set-up on my new iMAC for the Office Suite, I am not technically savvy. He was easy to understand, patient, and logical with his delivery or execution. If more employees are like him in your company then I highly recommend it as a place to go and procure software. I could tell the Customer comes first.

Emre was very patient & persevered attempting to resolve our downloading issue with software. Unfortunately, we still our having issues with the download but he has encouraged us to followup with him.
Recommendation to his employer would be to offer him a promotion, salary increase &/or bonus.

Quick response to my request to cancel my order. I bought a license but then saw I already had one. Within seconds of contacting the support person (Daniel) responded and cancelled my order. Even before he could reply I had the cancellation confirmation in my in-box. This is a super-trustworthy site. I will definitely use them for any software licenses needed in future.

Emere is awesome! I am totally frustrated with Microsoft trying to get support but like their products. I decided to give Eksoftware a try because they had a phone number. Emere answered right away, no voicemail! He walked me through my purchase of Word, turns out I already had the program... Duh on another computer. He got me a refund helped me get the original installed. I am very happy. Great prices too.

purchased the one time, no annual fee, software for one device of Microsoft word 21. Download was fine, had a bit of a problem installing on my new PC, but after a few chats, got everything working fine.

I was really panicking, I had tried so many thing, and couldn't think of anything else, Denzil, calmed me down and was so polite, I'm not the easiest person to work with when I get this way, but she was amazing, my program is installed and working and I'm very happy. God Bless you Denzil!

I had a very tricky problem. Software purchased for a computer someone had bought years ago by someone else with different account log-ins. It was a bit of a mess, but our tech assistant at Eksoftware, Denzil, sorted it out for us! He was great. We would use their tech support feature again in a heartbeat.
