Saw God of War Ragnarok Pre-Order for PS5 on Electric Games and ordered just a day before its release, on 9/11/2022.
Game was delivered the next day (very fast) and on release day, as promised. I thank ElectricGames for dispatching the game at speed, and, for offering the best deal possible for the PS5 variant of game.

Cheaper than other sites! Real Deal
Never heard or used Electric Games so was sceptical at first. But ive just recived my MW2 for PS5 today and currently downloading it! So this is all legit and works as intended. So i thank you electric games for selling a much cheaper copy of the game than others! £70 digital copy vs the £58 EG sells it for 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I bought video games from this company…
I bought video games from this company twice. The first time went reasonably smoothly. The second time, however, I’ve waited up to a week and my order still hasn’t arrived. I tried contacting the company directly and they just ignored me. I can’t even get a refund! It’s really poor customer service and I’ll be unlikely to shop from them again, which is a shame because I thought they were quite a reputable and trustworthy company.

Pre-order was terribly handled
Hello. I am disgusted. I pre ordered the Among Us ejected edition back in January. First, the original release date was May 31. It said that when I ordered, and it did not come on that date. NEXT, I waited until today, July 29, the “new” release date they listed,
and I haven’t gotten a dispatch email or anything, which should have been sent to me before the release date (probably 1 day before) to ensure it arrives on time. That’s what they say on their website, that all games are shipped on time so they arrive on release day. Do not order from here. I also tried to contact them during their hours, but they didn’t respond by email, the messaging thing, and I also rung them during their hours and they did not respond. Ugh. This review is NOT fake.
Update: Thanks for telling me with a reply. I’ll give it 3 stars, because you didn’t update it on your site when needed and you also didn’t get back to me by email or call or anything.

The official release date of this product has been pushed back by the publisher to the 12th August 2022. Joycon Replacement
I was in need for a backup controller for Nintendo Switch. The joycon on the switch was being repaired, but it has a known issue of drifting after repair unfortunately. I was searching for a reliable controller for my Switch that won't have issues in the future. I researched and found the split pad! It has gotten good reviews and were a trusted controller. Electric Games provided what I wanted at a fair price with quick delivery. Couldn't fault them, I'm very happy with my product and will return to this company again!
