Quick delivery and good prices
I've ordered a couple of times from electric games. They always have a great price for new games and they deliver quickly. I ordered the new lego star wars yesterday and it arrived this afternoon.

We attempted to contact you on the 7th of March, as we had faced an issue with your order as it was flagged as fraudulent on our system. Our company has a zero tolerance for fraudulent behaviour.
The refund was processed on our end at the time of cancellation on 7th March, refunds take around 5 - 10 business days to be returned to the original payment method.

Absolutely terrible service. Placed an order on the 20th of January, which was dispatched the next day. The order still hasn't arrived, there have been no tracking updates and the company has ignored all contact form enquiries and emails regarding the order since then

Your order was shipped in the 21st January with Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for Service and a tracking code will have been automatically provided to you with your shipping confirmation. As it has not arrived we are happy to refund your order and make a claim with Royal Mail to mark the item as lost.

Found this store recently and its an excellent place for ordering and pre-ordering the latest video games,customer service was very good they even phoned me for an update on my order.Other games were dispatched quickly with full tracking.

Best site to buy gaming products
I wanted to get a Nintendo switch for a while and I eventually saved up for it, since I was buying it around Christmas time a lot of stores didn’t have any in stock, when I check electric games they had a bundle for the switch, Nintendo online, mario kart and a smaller game for the same price as a switch and mario kart on different larger webpages. I got it within a day of it being dispatched and it’s really high quality. I’m really glad with my purchase and will happily buy with electric games again.

Bought a switch in the post Christmas…
Bought a switch in the post Christmas sales. Found a decent deal with Mario kart, Tetris 2 and three month online subscription. Firstly, arrived in three days. Secondary, I got an email about the unavailability of Tetris 2 (not too bothered), however, to compensate the lacking game I got a £20 refund, looking online I could buy the game for £12. Very impressive with care.
