After a couple of previous successful orders they have now let me down.
Delivery of my last order had been delayed by a number of weeks and I was able to source the item from another UK supplier that delivered within the week. As a result I attempted to contact ElectricPoint for cancellation and refund.
Their phone lines simply diverted to a voicemail that was full, preventing me from leaving an message. Despite several emails requesting a cancellation and refund, no refund was received. Whilst the item did eventually arrive several weeks later, I was obviously out of pocket having now received the item from elsewhere.

I ordered a Dimplex heater from Electricpoint recently and was very happy with their service. I needed to call them a couple of times with queries about delivery. They were very prompt with picking up and extremely helpful. The heater arrived in about 5 days via Parcelforce. All in all - excellent service.

I can only speak from my experience with this supplier, i have know used them for two of my house conversions. I can honestly say they have been amazing. On both occasions i have phoned them to check stock before ordering 'yes it does take a while to get an answer sometimes but you get that with any busy suppliers' I once spent 3 days trying to get through to BT. Both my orders arrived within the 3-5 days advised delivery time for a pallet and where extremely well packed, what more can you ask for? Great price, Great FREE delivery Geat customer service. I have another project starting in the new year and will definitely be using Electricpoint again for my Radiators

Very good service despite busy phone lines...
6 x AICO smoke detectors ordered on 22nd December after calling ahead to ensure adequate stock was available to due to my project deadline (it took a few attempts to get through to be honest, but glad I persevered as I had seen some comments about stock issues on certain lines). After placing my order online I got a shipping notification/tracking number later that day and my order arrived on 23rd. Great service on the phone (once I got through) and from behind the scenes in getting my order out quickly.

I think looking at the previous reviews people forget that we're in the middle of a pandemic. So taking this into account 4 stars is about right for my experience. When I was explained that their supplier was having difficulties get parts into the UK it made sense that their stock was low when I ordered my PLX200E's. But a few extra days on delivery and it turned up and I'm very happy with my new heaters.

During this current pandemic I was well pleased with the service I received from electricpoint.
Placed an order for an urgent job on the last knockings before Xmas just in time for the standard delivery of 2-3 working days and it was in my hands the next day!! Superb service and staff were very knowledgeable taking my phone order.

After reading some of the past reviews I was not sure but the prices are very good and after speaking to a very helpful person on the phone at Electricpoint (did take a bit of patience but eventually did get through ) decided to purchase a QRAD200E heater
Ordering was quick and easy
Did have to wait an extra day longer than the 2/3 days advised on the Webb site but overall very happy with the service and heater I received

I was pleased I placed my order before reading these reviews. Exactly what do people expect in the middle of a pandemic?
I really feel sorry for the people who answer phones in busy online suppliers,who are normally understaffed this time of year but also having staff off self isolating because of covid it's not ideal situation . People think everything is normal with delivery services and manufacturers but trust me they are NOT !!
This Company not only managed to advise me with the correct heater I needed for my bathroom 'apparently it has to be IP rated' but manged to actually get it delivered before Christmas, which was outstanding service.
Please try and think of other people's situations before moaning and leaving unjustified reviews.
I for one will definitely be using this supplier again soon.

I ordered a storage heater for my electric point but I brought the wrong one and I need to change the delivery address. I phoned customer service. I had to wait a while to get through but once I did the customer service was outstanding they organised everything change my heater and change the address for me and my heater arrived 5 days later and was packed well on a pallet. I will be telling friends and family to use electric point in the future for their electrical needs.

This has to be the worst company. Items said to be in stock which I needed quickly. Order placed, 10 mins later note to say they would be in stock within 10-14 days. Immediately cancelled order. no response. Wrote again, no response. Phone line won't take messages. Eventually received notification on Twitter that someone would look into it. One month later no refund, another tweet - no response. Today 2 weeks after project finished I receive one of the items! I am £112 lighter as a result and now I have to send the things back!!!!!

I placed my order and was told of a few days delay due to covid. After three weeks I read the reviews here on Trustpilot,and thought aye aye scam. I then phoned electricpoint and was told my order was " dispatched this morning ."Right.yeah ! I told him I had looked up the tracking number, and there were no action on it. He said keep watching today and you will see movement. I thought I was being fobbed off here, so I checked later and sure enough it was recieved and in depot. Parcel arrived next day. Sorry I doubted you Electricpoint.

I ordered 2 electric radiators on 30 October for my 96-year-old mother because her heating wasn't working properly. I cancelled one of them the next day and in fairness they actioned it and issued me a refund on 2 November.
However, after that, the service went downhill. I had NO correspondence whatsoever to say the product wasn't in stock and when I did eventually speak to someone on 8 December, I was told it had been discontinued. The advisor said to buy the 3kw oil free radiator off their website instead and then to call him back and he’d ensure delivery was speeded up. The radiator he said to get was ‘out of stock’ and because I couldn’t leave my mother any longer without some additional form of heating, I ordered from Amazon instead. I emailed electricpoint asking for an immediate refund, as they’d had my money for 39 days without fulfilling their contract.
I also tried contacting them over the lockdown; I called but the message was that the voicemail box was full. I sent a message via their website, to which I never received a response.
I have had to log it as a disputed transaction with PayPal because of their failure to deliver on the order I placed with them.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Recorded message saying due to covid to send email. No answer from that either despite sending several. They took my money when they knew the item was out of stock. I want a refund but can't get hold of anyone so have had to ask my credit card company to get involved. I spend £512 & can't afford to order an alternative until this is refunded.
