I bought a Mia bra from Elisa charm it was advertised as super supportive. I even had to put my bra size in the order. When I came it looked way too small for my bust size. I tried it on and it wasn’t supportive at all. The company has been hard to deal with for returns and refunds.

The fabric is very soft. Seems well-made however, the straps are too short. Very odd. I can't wear it at all. I picked the right size. It's perfect around the band. Cup size fine. But the straps hurt my shoulders and if I move my breasts fall out of the bottom. Don't waste your money.

when i received my order i was very disappointed. they are not what is shown in the ads and the fabric is terrible. like a nylon raincoat fabric that make a crinkle sound as you walk. stay away from this site.

I order some pants from them because of advertisement look like a good quality item. But upon receiving them the fabric was not what I expected nor did the pants fit right. I am in the process of trying to get a refund but their trying to give me 10% of order&keep pants which I dont want. Don't order clothes from this company . I've been trying to get refund since Aug 9, 2026

I NEVER received my order. I received an email from them on Aug. 8, 2026 telling me that they were sorry but my order was delayed. When I reached out on Aug. 18th and asked where my order was, I was told it had been delivered Aug 7th!!! Now they completely ignore my emails. SCAM!!!!!!

The pants were much smaller than anticipated so I requested a refund. My only options were to buy another size for the same price I purchased the original ones or get a 10% refund on the ones I bought. What a scam.

Horrendous product, overcharged and the sizing is so bad. It comes from an Asian country. I ordered 2 front buttoning bras, I made sure I checked their sizing guide to ensure I ordered the correct size, the cup size I got was far too small and the back band far too big. They will only refund 10% of my money or replace them if I pay USD12.99 postage. The product is so so bad, I will never purchase online again. So terribly disappointed,

1 star — Same size and style, but the bras were significantly different sizes

I purchased two ElisaCharm bras in the same style and the same labeled size. When they arrived, one was considerably larger than the other—approximately 2 inches different in diameter. Both bras had the same size and style tags.

I took photographs showing the two bras side by side, photographed both tags, and sent the photographs to ElisaCharm so they could clearly see the difference.

What followed was over a week of back-and-forth emails trying to resolve the issue, and then they stopped responding. Despite the photographs showing that two supposedly identical bras were substantially different in size, ElisaCharm specifically told me that this was not a manufacturing error.

They eventually offered me two choices:

• Return the $17 bra at my own expense, with the return going to Vietnam. The cost of returning it would be more than the price of the bra.

• Accept a 20% refund of $3.40 and keep the bra that does not fit.

I was particularly disappointed because ElisaCharm advertises a satisfaction guarantee. I expected that when I could provide photographs showing a substantial difference between two items carrying the same size and style labels, the company would make a reasonable effort to resolve the problem.

Instead, after several emails, the resolution offered was either to spend more than the bra cost to return it internationally or accept $3.40 and keep an unusable item.

I am posting this review so potential customers can make their own decision. I would not purchase from ElisaCharm again.

I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered two pairs of size 16-18 pants.
When they arrived they were no bigger than a size 6 and even my very slim Granddaughter laughed at how tiny they were.
This business is dodgy.

I ordered two of the Mira Bras that proclaim to be, "Powerful Lifting & Shaping Bras". They are garbage, or worse than garbage, I ordered a DDD as the cup size and what I received was an 4XL, which is not my size at all! The cup size was maybe a B on a good day! The material is so flimsy and the cups so small I may as well have been wearing no bra at all. When I asked for a refund they said there was no reason they sent what I ordered. I disagree a DDD (F) cup does not mean 4XL. Now they are trying to negotiate a refund by offering my 10% and I can keep the trash they sent to me. NO THANKS! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS! Interestingly enough when I looked at reviews before I ordered I only saw 2 bad reviews among many great reviews, so I think they scam that too!

Fraudulent description of their panties, very small sizing, crappy material, not at all leakproof and a long delivery time.

I purchased these items after see them advertised while on my phone. I purchased them and paid $44.97. When I received the products they were no where near to the advertised product. I requested a refund and the only way to get my full refund was for me to return the items to an address in Cau Giay District-100000 and I have to pay for the return. I am extremely dissatisfied with the company, the way they fraudulently advertised the product, and with the resolution I have been offered.
This company also goes under the name of Shop-Aid PTE, LTD, and Charmfit

I would give zero if I could. Nowhere near the product advertised. Extremely cheap trousers. Would not even try them on, fabric disgusting. Will not refund. THE most sub standard online shop I have ever come across. Do not waste your time or money on this outlet

This company lies about their cheap products. The size chart isn’t right with US standards. If they feel you were given the right size even if it doesn’t fit they want you to send it back to Vietnam and pay more than the crappy item is worth. No where do they say this in their return site. You can’t get hold of anyone except by email. They offer you 10% back on option 2 of return and keep the cheap crappy item that fits Vietnam small people.and not 12/14 over here. Please please please I beg you want to buy from this scamming terrible company. Don’t waste your money. They are awful bunch of thieves.

If you're thinking of ordering from this company, DON'T!! I placed an order for 4 bras and anxiously awaited their delivery. When they finally came [shipped from Milwaukee Wisconsin], I was extremely disappointed. They were nothing like their ad said. There's absolutely no support, they fit horribly and the material just feels wrong. Their website states refunds will be accepted if notified within 30 days. I immediately requested a refund, and, to my surprise, was offered a 10% refund. After many emails back and forth, they have gone up to a 30% refund as a FINAL offer. Part of the reason stated is I would need to return the unwanted items to Vietnam!! - why when they were shipped from Wisconsin? Any questions I've asked them go unanswered, I've referred to their website and the fact it says nothing about partial refunds and now they're not even responding to me, they've simply stated twice the 30% refund is their final offer. Again, if you value your hard earned money, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

The order came fine but does not fit. The website says to email them for returns. Numerous emails have received no response. I’m stuck with pants I cannot use and no means to return them.

Don’t waste your money.

The same as all other reviews. I ordered 2 size XL stretchy pants and after waiting 6 weeks for my order to arrive, the pants don't even go past my thighs because they are tiny. The fabric is very cheap and definitely non-stretch!!! Two pairs of pants were crushed into an 8X10" plastic envelope and the return address is under a person's name and address (doesn't even have the company name anywhere! Do NOT purchase anything from these folks!!! It's a scam!!

The bra is not at all true to size and trying to return it has been impossible. Stay away from this company. What a waste of money.

I order a shipment from them the end of June and was told my order would be delivered by July 14. I have not received my order. I send them 2 e-mail messages and tried several time to call the customer support number. Not 1 of my calls went through - the phone would ring once and then I would get a busy signal. My order number confirmation is 1227-45620. At this time, I would like a refund of my money. I will be contacting the my credit card company for help with this matter.

I ordered bras. They definitely weren't the correct size. Cheaply made. I tried one on and no support. After all the reviews I decided not to even deal with trying to send them back. My loss.
