Outstanding service and beautiful furniture!
I couldn’t be more happier with my experience! I ordered a sofa, dining table and coffee table and I’m very pleased with the service I received. Communication was particularly amazing, and they were always happy to answer my a million questions.
Also highly appreciate how accommodating they were when I needed replacement legs for a chair which was a fault on our behalf, which they provided free of charge.
Would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for quality furniture and excellent customer service. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again!

Avoid at all costs. Delivered dining set at 10pm. Opened it to have a look was cheap so sent them email and whatsapp dont want it. They now want £240 collection and a 20% restocking fee. Which is just daylight robbery as they have never said this in any communication nor in any messages on whatsapp. They should be aware we can send goods back within 14 days without reason. Avoid these low life scammers people plenty proper shops out there.

Thank you for your feedback. We have reviewed your order details and would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding your return request.
When your order was ready for delivery the courier company contacted you on our behalf to confirm the delivery date and time slot. If the proposed time was unsuitable we would have expected you to inform the courier so that alternative arrangements could be discussed.
Regarding your reason for returning the dining set our email correspondence shows that you initially requested to change the finish from gold to silver. You subsequently informed us that the silver finish did not complement your décor and asked whether you could return the item. This differs from stating that the product was of poor quality.
Despite the item no longer being in its original packaging we agreed to accept your return as a gesture of goodwill. Our returns policy including any applicable restocking fee is available on our website for customers to review before placing an order. We offer a 30-day return policy to provide customers with additional time to arrange a return.
We understand that you have initiated a chargeback. However if the dining set is still in your possession we kindly ask that you arrange for it to be returned in accordance with our returns procedure. Once the item has been received back by us we can proceed with the refund subject to the applicable terms and conditions.
We aim to treat all our customers fairly and transparently, and we believe we have acted reasonably by agreeing to accept the return despite the original packaging no longer being available.

These guys we're brilliant from choosing the right table and chairs to delivering the fantastic marble table with chairs and bench seat . I selected the wrong size for the bench they spotted it called me and sorted it in minutes FIRST CLASS .
And the delivery guy was outstanding he delivered alone carried all of the set up 13 steps and assembled table chairs and bench. Top man . HIGHLY RECOMMEND ELITE 👌

We have reviewed the details of your order and can confirm that no money is owed to you by Elite Ambient Interiors.
Your order was delivered on 18th July. Following delivery, you requested an assembly service, and we explained the available options. Assembly was not included in your original order, and no assembly fee was paid to us.
You subsequently arranged the assembly directly with the courier on 25th July. The courier assembled your table and chairs for £120, which you paid directly to them, not to Elite Ambient Interiors.
As the assembly service was arranged and paid for directly with the courier, we believe that any concerns regarding the assembly charges should be addressed with them rather than with us.
We therefore believe this review does not accurately reflect your experience with Elite Ambient Interiors, as the assembly service and payment were handled independently by the courier.

Can't recommend this company enough
Can't recommend this company enough, I was messed around by another company and these guys came to the rescue! My sofa was delivered very quickly (2 days) and the quality of the power recliners (3 + 2 seater) is lovely, very happy and pleased with it and great communication throughout, will be back in the future, thankyou.

I recently bought a table from Elite Ambient and unfortunately my experience has been far from satisfactory I received a damaged table top and they have accused me of damaging it.THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT Consumer Rights Act 2015. It’s a LTD company, my purchase was stressful and left me out of pocket.

We have carefully reviewed all the details and would like to clarify the situation.
The dining table and chairs were delivered in good condition. We also sent you instructions explaining how to unpack the marble tabletop safely and advising that two people are required to lift it due to its considerable weight.
According to the proof of delivery, the marble tabletop was not left in the location where it was later found to be missing or removed. When we asked for a photograph, you confirmed that you had opened it where the courier had left it. We believe the damage occurred because the marble was not handled with the necessary care.
Nevertheless without any argument we agreed to replace the tabletop at your request as a goodwill gesture. We explained that, due to the weight of the marble, it would not be safe or practical for one person to lift and position it on the table frame. We therefore offered to arrange a courier or suitable service to assist with this, for an additional fee if required.
We subsequently arranged delivery of the replacement tabletop on two occasions but unfortunately, you declined to accept the delivery on both occasions.
Despite this, we remain happy to replace the marble tabletop free of charge as a goodwill gesture without any additional cost for the replacement itself. We previously emailed you to confirm your availability so that we could arrange the replacement but we did not receive a response.If you would still like us to proceed with the replacement, we are happy to arrange this. Please contact us to confirm your availability so we can discuss the next steps.
We remain committed to resolving this matter fairly and professionally.
