Horrendous experience as purchased a…
Horrendous experience as purchased a £450 marble top coffee table which arrived all scratched. Despite numerous calls to their customer service line whereby I was told I would be receiving a new table, this is now almost two months later and still awaiting on my new table. Also to add the appalling communication as iv been lied to on numerous occasions as they continue to tell me it’s being delivered tomorrow or next week, however tomorrow comes and goes and so does the weeks, total disgrace but I have notified them that I am now escalating this to the ombudsman as nobody should pay this amount of cash to be messed around & more so giving the time frame they have had and said they would deliver a new one, all lies. I paid via PayPal and I have raised a dispute but I will proceed further now as I am now allowing them to mess me around for any longer as total time wasters. Do not purchase from this company as the overall experience has been appalling due to the sub standard communication and lies.

I would highly recommend Elite Ambient Interiors. I wanted a marble coffee table. I placed the order on the 19th of July and wanted it delivered as soon as possible. I contacted the customer service support and I spoke to a lovely representative who was able to guarantee fast delivery on the 21st of July before 12:00. I had the coffee table delivered on the 21st of July at 09:45! The service and speedy of delivery and willingness to accommodate my request was outstanding! I was highly impressed and the quality of the marble coffee table is impeccable!!!

Terrible delivery and customer services
Replying on my Google review after 3 months shows how unprofessional and fake this retail is. I called many times on day of delivery nobody reached out to solve the issue. Terrible customer services, didnt bother to ring back. Instead they only messaged on Whatsapp to solve it myself with the driver. He delivered my furniture on the road where cars drive??!!! I have pictures and prove to show to the trading standards how unsafe you deliver furniture. We will never buy again from this retailer as this was a horrible experience with your customer services and delivery.

We would like to clarify the circumstances surrounding your delivery as we believe there has been a misunderstanding.
When you placed your order, you requested that it be delivered as soon as possible due to the Eid festival. We explained that a standard delivery with the item brought inside your property, would take approximately 7–10 days in your area. We also offered an alternative next-day pallet delivery service making it clear that pallet deliveries are curbside only and that the pallet courier is not able to take large items into customers homes.
You agreed to proceed with the next day pallet delivery so that you would receive your order in time for Eid.
On the day of delivery after the driver arrived you contacted us and asked if the item could be taken inside your property. We immediately contacted the courier on your behalf however the driver declined as pallet delivery companies operate independently and their service is strictly limited to curbside delivery. This was the same information that had been explained and agreed upon before your order was dispatched.
We worked hard to arrange your delivery in time for the Eid celebrations despite the short timescale because we wanted to ensure you received your order when you needed it.
We are sorry that you were not satisfied with your experience. Customer satisfaction is very important to us and we always strive to provide the highest level of service while being transparent about the delivery options available.

I’m really pleased with my purchase from this company. I ordered a dining table and chairs, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. Delivery was really quick, and the delivery team were professional, polite, and very helpful.
There was a small issue with one of the chairs, but it was resolved straight away with a replacement provided without any hassle. The customer service was brilliant and really reassuring.

Furniture returned wasn't what we needed but the owner was so helpful and got us the refund so we appreciate the help. Id message the owner or ask for furniture just his staff wasn't helpful at all.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Elite ambient interiors . They messed up my order and are not prepared to give me a replacement. They are very patronising. They don't want to listen to what you got to say. They assume and try to shift the blame on the customer. I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS COMPANY, they scheduled a delivery for 13th of may, on the document it says delivery and pick up, I assumed they were going to give a replacement and take the damaged one back, just received a message saying its delivered. Someone in elite are messing around, NOTHING has been delivered . I made a huge MISTAKE by not reading the REVIEWS . PLEASE fellow shoppers read the bad reviews it's exactly what I'm going through. I should have bought it from furniture box they are a wonderful company and very professional. I think elite is run by a family who doesn't have a clue. They employed the courier to deliver to my property, one guy rolled a marble top from front to the back where it should have been two people. On the box it says two people must carry as the item is a heavy delicate marble top. They are not accepting blame, they are blaming the courier who they employed.
I did report it to a employee of yours who said he will sort it out. Person 1 , I told you guys about him , you denied no one in that name works for you. After talking back and fourth with person1 he said he will sort it out, person1 said he could not believe what elite was doing and that he would be doing something about it. After everything was sorted with person1 he said we would get a new table top. On the last call with person1 he said person2 has denied our replacement.
Elite has had a word with person1, now person1 doesn't even answer any more calls. WHY ARE YOU GUYS DOING THIS.
I read the negative reviews and I know I am not the only one going through this. I think they have had harsh words with person1 that's why he doesn't answer anymore.

I have the messages and pictures I sent to person1. Person1 rang from elite and you guys saying there's no one in that name working for you. Person1 mentioned about person2 and that I should speak to him.
I was in the bank when a so called person2 rang me. I could not speak to him properly as he was speaking over me and he was laughing at me and accusing me. The lady in the bank at hsbc said they are very unprofessional that they should not be laughing like that, my phone was on speaker. I asked person2 , on the packaging it says two people should carry the item as it was too heavy , it was a marble table top. I asked him should one or two people handle the item? He would not answer. I told him one guy rolled it from the front to the back and into my property . I asked him repeatedly then he was laughing and mocking me over the phone and I couldn't get a word in, so I told person2 I'm making a stop to the payment. Previously I have messages saying they have dealt with people like me before, so I said you have done it to other people as well. They said do what you want to me. I think it's a disgraceful owned business the way they deal with things, twice they delivered at midnight which was scary , which company does that, the driver told me to sign and said elite would sort it out. The only reason I didn't check at the time is because I was disappointed that I didn't get my full package. When I finally did get the frame second time at midnight, I fixed the frame my self which was easy, then with the help of three more people we lifted the top and placed it on the frame, that is when my wife noticed the chip on the top. I told the wife I will get in touch with elite. Four of us lifted the table top with ease and one of them rolled the table top in to my profile. Person2 laughed at me saying that's when it happened. I did it safely. On the packaging it says two people must carry item as it is very heavy and delicate.

We have investigated this matter thoroughly with our internal team, and we would like to clarify several points regarding your claim.
According to our records, your dining set was successfully delivered on 8th April in good condition. On 12th April, you contacted us stating that the frame was missing. We requested photographs of the delivery, which you provided, and from these images we could clearly see that the marble top had already been unpacked and placed flat on the floor.
At that time, we specifically advised you not to leave the marble flat on the floor, as this could create difficulties and potential damage when lifting and fitting it onto the frame. Unfortunately, our advice was ignored and we did not receive any further response from you.
On 2nd May — 24 days after delivery — you contacted us again claiming that the marble top was damaged and requested a replacement. We asked you to provide photographs of the alleged damage; however, we did not receive any evidence from you.
We would also like to clarify that the item was delivered by an independent courier company, ACX Courier, which handles deliveries on our behalf. The marble top is securely packaged with wooden protection, cardboard, and foam to prevent damage during transit. The “two-person carry” instruction refers to safely lifting and positioning the marble onto the frame after unpacking.
Furthermore, the damage was not reported within the required reporting timeframe. As the issue was raised 24 days after delivery, and no supporting evidence was provided, we are unable to accept responsibility for the damage. Based on the information available, we believe the damage may have occurred after delivery and handling by the customer.
We also note that you advised us that if we did not provide a replacement marble top, you would leave a negative review and raise a dispute with Klarna claiming the item arrived damaged. We have already supplied Klarna with all relevant evidence, including delivery confirmation and supporting documentation, which show the item was delivered in satisfactory condition.
For these reasons, we believe the review is inaccurate and does not fairly reflect the service provided.
