Panels arrived damaged. No reply from shawcross DX delivery says items are damaged in delivery.recorded as damaged

We purchased some bar stools on Shawcross's website approx 10 months ago, they arrived quickly, were well packaged and looked fab when put together. Unfortunately a couple of months in, they developed a fault. I contacted Shawcross about the issue and they were absolutely amazing. Fantastic customer service and a prompt fix and replacement put into place, Thank you so much Shawcross team you are the best !

Recently purchased - Acoustic Premium slatted wooden felt back wall Panels

I purchased 8 panels but unfortunately 4 of them came with slight damage. I contacted the company and the response was lightening fast. Really impressed with their customer service!The panels were replaced quickly with completely hassle free.

The panels themselves are a good price. You can go cheap or really expense on panels and these sit nicely in the mid range and they look class. Really easy to put up and transform the space.

Said they had sent package 5days later still not recieved.waiting for refund.had a day of work when they said it was coming.

Terrible customer service, chair was delivered damaged, i returned it, was promised a replacement within days. It's been a month now, I have rung them 4 times in that time its been a story on top of another story, all lies clearly knowing what i know now. They tell me the chair is on the way it's due for delivery on the Friday, I wait all day at, no delivery comes, then when I called them again on Monday, they tell me the courier has returned the chair to the warehouse because the box was damaged. They will repackage and send to me on the Monday. 2 weeks go by without a word. When I call them again this morning they tell me to send a picture of the chair so they know what type it is so they can replace it? Really, so what have I been waiting for the last 30 days? The guy has the decency to tell me to stop arguing as if he deserves a medal for a job well done, really?

1 month on I am still waiting for a replacement.

Marble dining table delivered on Tuesday, thank you. It arrived within the specified time frame & with assistance upstairs for a fee.
I haven't yet put it together, hopefully over the weekend or into next week, but it looks amazing. I will update my review once all put together.

Since I already bought the dining chairs from Shawcross a while ago, I decided it was finally time to get the table to match. My birthday is only two months away..so, happy early birthday to me lol

Great electric fire at a good price just a shame the remote that came with it didn't work. They sent another one out but didn't arrive. The 3rd remote arrived but the LCD display was defective. Had to return both remotes so was left with none. The 4th remote turned up and it all worked properly. Took nearly a month
