We specialise in the resale of luxury pre-loved items. Watches are particularly popular and our USP is to have a minimum of 50 Rolex’s in store at anyone time. In addition to this we also buy gold, silver and all precious metals and stones. Our most popular watch brands are: Rolex ( Submariner’s , Daytonas, GMT’s, Sky Dwellers, YachtMasters, Datejusts, explorers, Airking’s ), Audemar Piquet, Patek Phillip, Cartier, Tag Heuer, Breitling, Jacob & Co, Gucci, IWC, Girard Perregaux, Longines, Rado, Bvlgari, Baumé & Mercier, Seiko, Omega, Hamilton and of course many more. Another key part of our Buisness includes; watch repairs, battery replacement, jewellery repair, jewellery adjustments and resizing. We are also very strong at finding the best prices for your scrap gold, silver, platinum and other precious metals and stones, we have a network of specialists buyers, with whom we negotiate on your behalf, to ensure you the customer gets the best possible price. We also deal with specialist coins and other currencies. For those customers looking to sell items quickly and require immediate payment, we are probably not the best price solution, as we will have to commit equity to an asset that may or may not take time to sell, therefore we have to discount our offers , to protect the business and allow for the possibility that we may have to hold the item for several months.

Above and beyond!
I recently had an issue with a watch strap on an Omega Seamaster.
Wendy and her team went above and beyond to help resolve the issue.
They were kind, polite and very helpful throughout the entire process whilst keeping me updated regularly.

Lack of Integrity
Firstly the shop staff are really friendly and helpful especially Wendy.
However for the last year they were trying to sell on a sale or return basis a number of as new and unworn high-end Rolexes. Over the course of the year, they all suffered handling damage resulting in several scratches and dings that i had to pay to be repolished elsewhere and one having going back to Roles for a repair. After a year and only one sale which has come back to bite me a year later, I decided to sell them privately. Instead of my brand-new immaculate Rolex boxes I was given a number of second hand, dirty, water damaged boxes, which must have been at least 5yrs old or older and 1 fake box, I can only presume mine were given to customers, to help the sale of other watches. Recently I have come to sell a AP watch which they part exchanged against one of mine, I was told it was a 2021 and therefore still had its warranty and a set price for that year, we have now discovered it’s a 2019 out of warranty and commands a 15% price reduction. The owner, refuses to take any responsibility on the above.

Thank you for taking the time to write this piece. I’m obviously deeply disappointed that our interactions have resulted in you feeling the need to write this review. Particularly frustrating that you have chosen to highlight snippets of the course of events, rather than the whole story. I’m not going to publicly get into the details, but as you well know, this isn’t a true account of the occurrence, behaviours and realities of what happened. That being said, I will put my hands up to boxes that get wear and tear, they are transferred daily in and out of our window and as a consequence, they get worn, I did personally go to london and acquire fresh boxes for you. I’m sorry this didn’t meet your expectations.
That being said for those reviewers that are reading this, please read the other 150+ 5 star reviews (out of 153) that we have on TP, along with the 4.9 on Chrono24 & 5.0 on google. We are a Company committed to a level of service excellence, that is clearly demonstrated with our reviews. Unfortunately you can’t always please everyone, although it personally saddens me that for the first time in three years of trading we have had this sort of bad comment.

HIGHLY RECOMENDED JEWELLERS
Having been looking for a particular Omega Seamaster 300 GMT watch for a few weeks, the majority of watches that I found were either poor quality or overseas requiring a massive excise and customs bill to buy them and send them to the UK. I eventually came across ELITE jewellers who were selling this watch, and it was a little higher in price than some, it was in amazing condition with original box. There were no papers but I was provided with a Certificate of Authenticity and a 12 month gaurantee. I ordered the watch and it arrived the next day. The watch was in amazing condition. Throughout my contact with ELITE, I found them to be so helpful and professional. They are top jewellers to deal with. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

New Seiko birthday gift.
I’ve recently been given a new Seiko watch for my birthday, it’s a diving watch with a metal strap. I wasn’t sure how to get the strap resized, so I popped into Elite in Beaconsfield hoping they might be able to give me some advice. Well the sales staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful and said of course we can help you. After patiently advising me on how many links would need to be taken out I left my watch with them for 30 minutes. When I returned they carefully checked it and did some micro adjustment and it was done. Thank you so much for your fantastic service. I’ll definitely be watch hunting on your website.
