Service as always is excellent, easy to speak with and any questions are answered, also a vast array of stock, not just Japanese Koi, anything you would need, the fish are a big added bonus!!

I cannot recommend Elite Koi & Ponds highly enough. In all my dealings with the Elite team everyone has always gone above and beyond and exceeded expectations.
I have purchased a number of koi from Chris and Tracey, either from the Saturday auction or directly by phone and website.
The quality of the fish is excellent.
Elite Koi & Ponds are passionate about their customer service and have built a strong community of koi enthusiasts.

Outstanding Customer Service
The customer care and knowledge from Chris and Tracey was excellent. I travelled 290 miles from Scotland and they went out of their way to ensure an excellent visit to their shop. Highly recommended. Excellent selection of great value Japanese koi and dry goods.
