Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service! A call from Lauren to check how Hugo was finding the new food and if I had any questions on changing food, was exceptional in a world where cutomers are usually reduced to a number....
The website was easy to use and a request to add to my subscriptoin was promptly actioned.

We have just started with Ella.co and they are very flexible, so you can switch food around, have food delivered to different locations, or different amounts (as a new customer still working out how much food our dogs will need on an going monthly basis).

It’s the very best and Archie loves it!
To begin the process of swapping over Archie’s food, I put some of his old on top of his new James & Ella, and then stand back and watch him lift all the old off, spitting them all back out on the floor to get to his new food, which he adores.
It’s sad to think that he must only be eating his old food when he’s very very hungry :/
Anyway, thank goodness I found James and Ella!

Fab customer service, and tasty food!
My Puppy was losing interest in her food, so on researching the many types of foods out there, I decided to trial James and Ella.
The combination of raw plus kibble appealed as Daisy was used to kibble and I thought the raw element would be a valuable nutritious extra that might encourage her to enjoy her food again.
She absolutely loves it! I have had to take some time introducing James and Ella in to her old kibble as it was intially upsetting her tummy. I sought advice from the lovely customer service and was reassured to continue taking things a little more slowly as Daisy seemed to have a sensitive tummy to new things.
Tummy and poops are all good now and it is wonderful to see how much she looks forward to her meals. It is gone in a flash 😄

Great food and company!
My mini dachshund loves James and Ella food :) after a few hiccups/trial and error, we settled on the kibble and raw and he seems great on it, no sloppy poos and full anal glands like we had on our previous food. Delivery is fast and the subscription is easy. I can’t give enough credit to Lauren who is lovely and is always on hand to help, she even checked in on us to see how we were getting on with our food when we first changed over. Great company!

This company gives excellent personalised service. They have been extremely helpful with our puppy who has a delicate stomach - they are very responsive and give individual nutritional advice in an impressively short turnaround

Great experience
Great experience. You can tell they’re made with quality ingredients and they’re human grade which is a bonus. So far my dogs have enjoyed the air dried treats as well as the freeze dried ones. I was pleasantly surprised that the air dried treats come in pouches that are plastic free and compostable. Shipping was made the same day as order and arrived the following. We’re looking to move onto trying your kibble in the near future. Thank you for taking care of our dogs in a world where companies are producing the lowest grade foods for our pets to maximise their profits.
